The house is very new and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a family or a group of adults. The back patio area with the pool and hot tub was incredible. Dustin communicated quickly and was extremely hospitable throughout our stay. Beach access is close by, and the neighborhood is fantastic. 10/10—would absolutely stay here again.

Dustin is a superior host! Response time is very quick! The house is exactly as the pictures show only better! The house is filled with thoughtful items and quality necessary items. The TV’s are so “smart” that they remind you when your laundry is done . Sooo many extra amenities for use: in the pool and beach toys, chairs, and wagon! We added a few items, air hockey and lite, for the next guest s to use! Beach in waking distance everything you could want a short drive away!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental!!

Easter on the beach

Coastal Breeze Retreat is beautiful. Brand new and perfect. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to the beach. I would love to stay here again. Dustin was very responsive and has thought of everything you would need for a beach get away, even letting me know about timing of Space x launches.

Everything about this house is great. It is beautiful. High ceilings, beautiful decor, very clean, well stocked, nice pool. Absolutely no complaints. Dustin was amazing to deal with. We look forward to coming back next year.

Family Favorite

This house was perfect and very spacious!! It's located in a quiet neighborhood that is a couple minute's walking distance to the beach. The house had all the beach chairs, umbrella, and kid's toys available which made it great. The Port area was right down the street with great restaurants to watch cruise ships come in and out. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus! The host was very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was memorable! We'll be back to the Cocoa Beach area next year and we definitely plan to stay here again!!

My happy place

The house was amazing and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our trip. The pool and spa were definitely a bonus along with the beach just a walk down the street. We were able to see a rocket launch and were surprised how close in proximity we were to witness it take off.  The neighborhood was full of beautiful peacocks that were fun to watch. Dustin was a great host and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the Space Coast / Cocoa Beach area. We plan to revisit and this will be our new preferred place to stay. 10 out of 10 rating for us!

Dustin ist wirklich ein großartiger Host! Das Haus ist riesig, sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet - gerade die Küche hat alle modernen Geräte. Hier wären nur größere Töpfe schön, wenn man doch für mehr Leute kochen möchte. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung. Der Pool ist mit leicht dosiertem Salzwasser befüllt und der Whirlpool ist eine Wohltat am Abend. Die Pflanzen/Palmen um den Pool brauchen noch einige Jahre, um Schatten zu spenden.Zimmer: 1 (Eltern-) Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit 2 Waschbecken und Dusche, 1 Zimmer mit schmalen Doppelbett (separate Toilette), 1 Zimmer mit 2 schmalen Doppelbetten und ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelstockbetten (zusammen ein Bad mit Dusche & Toilette). 4 Fahrräder stehen in der Garage zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung sowie einiges an Strandmaterial inkl. Bollerwagen. Der Strand ist 5-10min zu Fuß entfernt und sehr groß & schön. Gerade die vielfältige Tierwelt an Land und im Wasser haben uns sehr fasziniert.Wir können das Haus 100%ig empfehlen.

The house was exactly as shown in pictures. Nice and clean, too. Our family enjoyed the pool every day and it was very nice being so close to the beach. I would suggest anyone staying here just drive to the beach since it only takes 5 mins and has parking available. Actually, everything on Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral is within about 20 minutes. We tried a lot of the local restaurants. Best meal in our opinion was at Grills by the port. Anything we needed to contact Dustin about was handled in minutes. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house for your stay!

The home is soooooo nice. Every little detail was considered when decorating. It’s perfect for a getaway near the beach. Dustin is the best! He responds back almost instantly to any questions I had before or during the visit. Don’t bring anything for the beach, but sunscreen. There is everything there, bikes, wagon, mats, towels, umbrella, cooler, you name it, it’s more than likely there. 10 out of 10! Peacocks were a bonus! I even saw the Falcon 9 rocket launch from the front yard. Had a wonderful time with my family and so glad I made this choice! :)
