Family Vacation

This property was a great fit for our family of 7. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was great 3 blocks from the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Natalie was diligent about checking in with us during our stay and quick to resolve the few issues that we encountered. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. Nice to be so close to the beach.To improve the guest experience I would suggest landscaping around the pool and to organise the cooking pots pans and utensils into just a couple of draws and cupboards instead of spread all over. We had to go on a scavenger hunt to find what we needed.

Wonderful stay

This location is close to shopping, the beach, ice cream/food, and groceries, all while being in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather, but it looked well maintained. The property manager was very easy to contact and they replied in a very kind and timely manner.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for a group of multiple families staying together! Walkable to the beach (or short drive to free parking), and close to Kennedy or cocoa beach. The pool is awesome…kitchen is spacious…just a great house for families with children of all ages!

Our stay was very comfortable and professional. If we had a problem, they were quick to get it rectified. Would stay here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach!

Great beach getaway

We went to Florida for vacation and a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for both! Just 3.5 blocks from the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. It was perfect for 11 of us that stayed. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Loved the house! Everything was as expected. Sabrina did an excellent job with communication and check-in was a breeze! Bunk bedroom was tight quarters but it worked just fine for our gang.

Excellent Stay

Our group consisted of 7 adults visiting Cape Canaveral to go to the Kennedy Space Center and view 2 launches. Although the weather was cool and rainy, we enjoyed the accommodations but did not get to take advantage of the pool and pool deck. The house is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking utensils and dish ware. The listing indicates that there are 3 full bathrooms, however, the pool bathroom doesn’t have a shower - the “shower” is an unenclosed shower head on the pool deck. We enjoyed the house and especially appreciated the close proximity to the KSC and numerous restaurants and bars!

Enjoyable stay!

We were very happy with our stay here. It was exactly as described in the listing. There were 9 adults and a 2 year old in our family and we had plenty of room for all of us. The property was very clean and well stocked, the pool area was nice, and the property is close to everything! You can walk or take a short drive to the beach where the was plenty of free parking each day. It is just down from Kennedy Space Center, and We saw 2 rocket launches while we were there. We arrived a little early and our host let us go ahead and check in since the house was ready. Our host was super quick to respond and checked in with us via email throughout our stay. If we visit Cape Canaveral again we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an enjoyable trip!

Spring break getaway

This vacation house has a lot to offer. The pool is beautiful and warm, the location is convenient, the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels for both swimming and showering. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added perk! When a couple of minor issues arose during our weeklong stay, we were in touch with the property manager a few times. She was helpful, kind, and quick to respond. Maintenance was also sent out to help fix some of these issues. The issues include mold in the washing machine, a broken can opener, lights for the outside that were burnt out, and broken patio furniture by the pool. The things that could be fixed were fixed immediately and the other things like the outdoor furniture and wash machine were reported and planned to be replaced soon. My family would definitely come back to this location in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The hosts were very attentive & welcoming. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach where we enjoyed the sand & surf, and watched multiple rocket launches. A very relaxing & enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this home
