The kitchen could have been in better shape. Two drawers need attention. Would have like to have a broom and maybe a small sweeper for quick clean ups. No information was given to what to do with dirty towels and linens at check out.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation! It was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as the kitchen and living area. Plenty of space for a family of four. And great to be able to make a few meals. We loved the Palmetto Dunes area. Rented bikes for the week and barely used our car. It was a quick bike ride down to the beach and we often stopped at the General Store on the way back. Bring your own shampoo and soap though, the ones provided were awful. Towels and sheets are thin, but did the job. It was great to have the washer and dryer, especially with beach wear. Swimming pool was very close too and we had fun there as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at a number of properties at Queen's Grant as we have family who lives there and will definitely stay at this unit again. It was spotless upon arrival, furnishings were comfortable and updated and the property management company was communicative and helpful. We brought our two large dogs and two older teens - this was a great layout for our family. Thanks for a great stay!

We did have issues getting information timely on the check in instructions. However we did book on Sunday for a Tuesday check in. Maybe the spontaneous decision to book on short notice caused this issue.When we arrived at the office there was no information for our reservation for us. We had to wait several minutes for the issue to be rectified. All that being said we had a great trip and would certainly stay again.

Overall, the property was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay here for most of our allotted time! Unfortunately, on our last day, a construction crew showed up. They demolished the entire side deck and rebuilt it. Without any prior notice. They strung everything that was on said deck all over the property. They were extremely loud and had wires running across the doors. Woke our teenage kids up by banging on the door! The communication on this was horrible. The crew worked for over 12 hours and we had a very small percentage reimbursed, but our entire day was ruined. Then they showed up at the crack of dawn the next morning when we were trying to pack the car and leave. Miserable!

We want you to know that this caught us off guard as well. Typically the regime notifies us in advance of any work being done on the property, and in this case we were not made aware of the construction until you brought it to our attention. We've since addressed the lack of communication directly with the regime to help prevent this from happening to future guests. We sincerely apologize for the noise, the disruption, and the poor timing of the crew's arrival, and we did provide a reimbursement in recognition of the inconvenience you experienced. We know that didn't undo the frustration of the situation, but we hope it reflected our sincere intent to make things right. Thank you again for staying with us, and we'd love the chance to host you for the relaxing visit you deserved.

The rental unit is quite nice and we thought the location was great for access to the resort and the rest of the island. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away. Beds were quite comfortable and the appliances were great, especially the convenience of the new washer and dryer in the kitchen. The deck is large and comfortable. One note, this isn't the most private location due to proximity to the small road within Queens Grant, and the popularity of the lagoon across the street as a walking and viewing route. That said, it is nice to be close to the lagoon to observe water birds and other wildlife. A big plus to this place is the ability to bring our dog - it's super convenient to get in and out of the unit with the dog. We enjoyed our stay!!

My wife and i loved the unit that we were in. When we arrived at the development e had a hard time finding the unit. We eventually requested that security take us to the unit. When we did get to the unit we found out that each section of the Queens Grant had a name.
