Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 652 Queen’s Grant is a beautifully updated, pet-friendly, one-level villa located in the Foxhall section of the gated Palmetto Dunes community—one of Hilton Head Island’s premier resort destinations. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa sleeps up to six guests and offers an exceptional location just a short walk to the beach, world-class tennis, championship golf, and beloved Palmetto Dunes spots such as Alexander’s Restaurant, The General Store, and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.

Inside, the open-concept layout is bright and inviting, showcasing hardwood floors, fresh coastal décor, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar, and it conveniently includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, where guests can relax beneath soaring exposed-beam ceilings and enjoy the 65” Smart TV with Roku. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio and backyard overlooking the first hole of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course—an ideal setting for grilling on the gas grill, dining al fresco, or unwinding with peaceful golf course views.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom, generous closet space, and direct access to the patio, while the guest bedroom features two double beds and easy access to the second full bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, keyless entry, parking for up to two vehicles, and access to the community pool (seasonal). Guests traveling with their furry companions will love that this villa welcomes pets, making it easy to enjoy the island together. Four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs are provided, along with seasonal access to the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy. With three miles of pristine beach, an 11-mile lagoon system, scenic leisure paths, championship golf, and nearby Shelter Cove Marina for dining, shopping, and entertainment, 652 Queen’s Grant delivers a classic Palmetto Dunes vacation experience in a truly prime location.

Place was really nice and clean. Short bike ride to beach. The kitchen had all the amenities to bake or cook in the kitchen.

Palmetto Dunes delivered on just about every front for our family vacation. The resort itself is beautifully maintained — lush grounds, easy beach access, and a real sense of space that keeps it from ever feeling crowded even during peak summer season.Fishing was a highlight. We looked into charters out of Shelter Cove Marina right on the resort property, which couldn’t have been more convenient. The inshore options — redfish, sharks, the works — made it easy to tailor the trip for the whole family.Pickleball was another win. The courts at Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center are well-kept, and while evening slots require reservations (call ahead — online booking isn’t available for those times), it was worth the effort to lock one down.Location is tough to beat. Shelter Cove Marina is steps away, the beach is gorgeous, and you’re close enough to town for groceries, dining, and shopping without feeling like you’re in the middle of everything.If I had one tip for future guests: book fishing charters and court times early — summer fills up fast. And check the tide schedule if you’re planning beach time or fishing, since the tidal swings here are significant.Would absolutely return.

The unit was perfect and so well designed and appointed. The kitchen had room for our food in the pantry, which was wonderful and helped keep the counters clear. The unit was clean, equipped with everything we needed and offered no disappointments. We even booked a return while we stayed. I highly recommend the unit.

I loved the fact that it was pet friendly. The location was great; it was close to everything. Although the place was clean...the bathroom needed to be recleaned, and the shower rod was rusty as well as the shower curtain needed to be replaced. The air fryer also had rust on the inside, so that too needed to be replaced.
