It has large wood cabinets and air-conditioning in all rooms. Already has 15 Pillows to use. The rooms have Fireplace and 2 Air-conditioners. Complete Set of Cups, Cutlery, Plates, Pots and Barbecue; just come and use.

The house is large, cozy and ready to make rain or shine.

If it rains the house has Fireplace, Sofa very large, Smart TV 4K and Wi-Fi. Not to mention the Jacuzzi, Saunas and the Academy's own condo which are all covered.
If there is sun, besides the Beach and the Condominium the house has a large garden and area with barbecue and hammock to relax.
The outside space is great, being possible to take boards, kayaks, bicycles to use in the condominium or on the beach.
