Ótima casa, agradável e próxima ao mar.

Nossa experiência foi muito agradável. O caseiro que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso, inclusive colocando cadeiras de praia para nós diariamente na areia da praia. A casa é muito boa, embora não seja exatamente grande. Os espaços são compactos, mas agradáveis e confortáveis. A casa possui todos os utensílios e equipamentos que vc pode precisar para cozinhar. Os travesseiros são novos (só não tem lençóis e toalhas), os banheiros são limpos. O wifi funciona bem e a TV é boa (só não é smart com netflix). O condomínio é pequeno e agradável, com muita vegetação bem cuidada e uma piscina boa e limpa. A praia é bonita e não é muito cheia de gente, mas o mar é meio perigoso na parte próxima à casa. Aliás, eu diria que o único ponto negativo foi a distância até a praia. O anúncio falava em 20 metros, o que é verdade. Acontece que vc não pode ir em linha reta até a praia porque há outras casas no caminho. Vc precisa andar pelo menos uns 100 metros, o que acaba não dando aquela sensação de ser do lado do mar. Mas isso não desmerece toda a experiência, que foi muito boa. Só temos a agradecer!

Excelente !!

Otima localizaçao (ha 1 quadra da praia), a casa é linda e ampla, muito bem conservada em um pequeno condominio tranquilo e bonito, AC em todos os quartos, cozinha bem equipada com todos os utensilios e electrodomésticos. O caseiro é simpatico e prestativo. Existe um serviço de praia, o caseiro leva, prepara e busca guarda-sol e cadeiras na praia. Passamos um natal maravilhoso em familia ! Obrigada por tudo !!!
