We are so happy to learn that you found our property very nice with excellent view. We fell captive of that view when we first visited Costa del Mar, so ended up purchasing the apartment. We are very sorry to hear we have given you the impression that we were screaming at you. It certainly was not our intent and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort that may have caused you. We always want to make sure guests will make it to the key pick up place and to the condo without problems but sometimes guests unintentionally overlook the information sent prior to check-in so capital letters and bold were sometimes used by our Property Management team as a way to catch their attention. As a corrective action, that practice is no longer in place and the information sent has been reformatted. We appreciate your feedback and will make sure to improve the communication with our guests. Customer service is a priority to us and will continue working hard to provide the best experience to all our guests. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Glad to learn you liked our apartment. We are sorry you had some inconveniences checking in. We send all guests, once they book, an email with directions to the key pick up place and directions to the condo as well as a pdf rental contract. All guests need to return the signed contract and in your case it was no exception. You returned the contract digitally signed with the required ID so we knew you got the email with the directions and instructions for key pick up. Although we don’t see a reason to re-send the check-in and check-out instructions once the contract has been received, as a preventive method we will begin to send the check-in instructions twice in case we happen to have another guest that did not read it the first time. Cell reception at the condo depends on the carrier. Some people do have reception, others don’t. We don’t advertise our unit with beach access nor unobstructed ocean views so maybe that was another property you looked at before choosing ours. Pictures of the condo were recently taken and clearly show what the condo has including the view. Key pick up and drop off location is on the way to and from the condo making it very convenient for guests.

We are glad that you and your family had a good time during your vacation at our apartment. Thank you for your observations and feedback. We have taken them seriously and made an effort to address them appropriately. We truly regret you were unaware of Wi-Fi availability in the apartment and have already made the Wi-Fi information available in our guest guide and added it to the Home Away Hospitality application. Wi-Fi connectivity is included as part of the booking and has always being offered to all our guests. More coffee mugs have been bought and added to our kitchenware. The cell phone reception is due to the location of the condo and its proximity to the ocean. We have contacted the condominium HOA in an attempt to look for a possible solution to it.
