Please be aware that we are taking mostly longer term leases ( 9 months to 12 months). Our North End vacation home was designed to make us feel like we are staying in a 5 star luxury hotel... it will make you feel that way too. Located in Boston's historic North End and just steps away from the Waterfront, Rose Kennedy Greenway, Freedom Trail, Paul Revere's house & the Old North Church, Boston Garden, Faneuil Hall & Haymarket and Boston Harborwalk ... in the heart of everything. Our home is hidden down a private way leading to a brick courtyard with a bubbling fountain through a passageway lit by lanterns reminiscent of the days of Paul Revere. There is no location anywhere like this in the North End. It offers a remarkably quiet & private retreat from the bustle of city – while putting you within walking distance of all that the North End has to offer.
Brand new stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, wi-fi, cable.washer and dryer, dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in, glass enclosed shower w/ spray. There are no hotels in the North End, which is the oldest neighborhood in Boston, but a stay in our home at Walsh Place on Clark will make you feel like you checked into a luxurious, boutique European hotel.
*We offer only monthly rentals ( or over 32 nights) no nightly rentals. Includes most utilities and up to $50 in electric cost)
Please keep in mind that Check in is between 3p.m and 7p.m NO later than that ( please consider this issue before submitting your reservation.) Also Max # of people for the whole stay is 2 people only.
We reserve the right to review the number of guests before accepting the reservation.
Note: Once people book the apartment, we will send an individual contract/ info doc with the details of their reservation ( it also has our rules) it is sent privately to an e-mail address for our protections and their guests' protection.

If guests decide to break this rule being aware of this rule they will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Unfortunately these are the condo rules and we will make No exceptions.

We are in a quiet community, we expect no excessive noise in halls, stairs and patio Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.
The patio is for use only of permanent owners, no renters. No use the patio to wait for checking in, checking out or storage of luggage.

Boston North End Condo

Great location. Loved vibrant little Italy neighborhood and wonderful restaurants. Host provided very helpful suggestions/recommends. Reasonably near 2 T stops and Wharf. Condo was clean, comfortable. and attractive. One problem was supply of towels. We (2 of us) were each provided 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 6 day rental. (# of bath towels was okay). When I asked host about it I was told that most guests don't use wash cloths. (toward end of stay, host did drop off 2 wash cloths)

An amazing summer!

This is a property that's even better than the photos. The unit itself is impeccable, and the location is simply wonderful. Working with Caroline has been such a pleasure, beginning with the initial inquiry and all the way through until after we left. The amenities were perfect, with everything you need to have a wonderful stay in what feels like a small home. It's so convenient to everything, and it was easy to get through the summer never needing a car. We highly recommend this North End condo!

Perfect please for a long term stay!

This North End apartment was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location cannot topped: just steps from Hanover Street and more amazing meals than there are hours to eat; not even a block from the Freedom Trail; and short 10 minute walk to the T, the Boston Public Market and sights galore. We even walked to the New England Aquarium one afternoon - just a 15 minute walk from our front door. The apartment was also extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. We loved the full kitchen (especially after a visit to the market!), and we had everything we needed to cook at home. We loved staying at this condo and definitely recommend this listing to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Boston!

Fantastic accommodations in the heart of Little Italy!

Make your next trip to Boston a luxurious getaway in the Boston North End of Little Italy. Over 70 Mom and Pops small restaurants many in the family four generations. Any city in the country would be proud to have just a handful of them in their City. Enjoy Boston early American history in luxury and fine dining.

Even better than expected!

From beginning to end, working with Caroline was an absolute dream. And the actual condo was even better than expected. From the charming entrance to the cozy and immaculate interior to the prime location within the North End this property did not disappoint. In fact, we had planned to explore other areas of Boston to scope out our next location to rent on a future visit but after five days in the North End, we likely will never stay anywhere else. Our biggest change might be trying Caroline's other property one floor up! Caroline is not only professional but incredibly personable and took the time to give us dining and sightseeing recommendations. When we met face to face, it was like connecting with a long lost friend. Our biggest compliment is that whenever we returned to the apartment during our stay, it always felt like we were "coming home". Thank you, Caroline, for making our time of respite such an incredible gift! We will never be able to thank you enough. Ben and Jennifer

Wonderful place to stay in Boston

This is a fabulous condo in the best neighborhood in Boston. Many great Italian restaurants and bakeries within blocks and the Freedom Trail a block away. The condo is very modern and comfortable with all the amenities and Caroline the owner is a doll. We totally enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful location.

Beautiful, charming condo for a relaxing gate away

The condo is located in a great quiet building and really safe. We were really comfortable and enjoy the location of the many restaurants, historic sites and so close to everything just by walking distance including the train station. Highly recommended.

A gem in the heart of Boston's North End

Such a clean, modern and beautifully decorated condo hidden away on a side street courtyard. Perfect location for walking the Freedom Trail, exploring the Italian North End with all the shops and restaurants. Also, close by the Boston waterfront. The owner, Caroline, was gracious and very helpful when she greeted us upon arrival. Both she and Mark answered our questions promptly during the reservation process. We would definitely recommend staying here. Natalie & Ron
