PERFECT GETAWAY: RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!

Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's right on the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Outside shower. Left side of duplex also (Sunny Side Up) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 and may be available for larger groups to rent for the same dates.

Parking instructions:
Off street parking for 4 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking.

Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for our guests and to provide excellent customer service every time. Please contact us with specific requests, and we'll do our best to help!

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

As advertised, good location to the beach

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, had almost everything we needed, and was pet friendly. We would book here again. There was everything to make coffee except coffee itself, so remember to bring that.

Best location, extremely clean

My mom, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and I stayed at this property for Labor Day weekend 2022. The location is amazing, easy to get to coming in from out of town, short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants. I was a little nervous about the cleanliness since it is dog friendly but was pleasantly surprised. There was no lingering pet smell or hair on furniture or rugs. The bathrooms were nice and tidy and there were toiletries available. The bed in the first bedroom was very comfortable but the one in the 2nd bedroom was a little firm. The pull out couch was also comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Also had excellent communication and service from the leasing group.

The shower part of our outdoor shower wasn't working (the foot sprayer worked) and we called Seascape - they were very helpful and came and fixed it that day. Would love to have had a tea kettle and some cookware that wasn't non-stick but overall a great experience and we would absolutely rent it again.

However the internet quit working and I requested by the phone app to have it repaired and it was not. Then we had to evacuate due to impending hurricane. It would have been VERY helpful to have internet access to change our vacation plans due to the impending storm.

Lovely home just steps from the beach

We loved that it was a short 13 block walk into the “town” area. We were far enough away that the Friday night college kids coming in to their weekend party didn’t disturb us at all. We used the outdoor wash station daily for our feet after swimming in the ocean. My son and sister loved using the bike in the mornings and late evenings just to ride up and down our little street. The unit was clean and cozy. We thought the bed was quite firm, but slept great. I appreciated the extra pillows as my son crashed on the couch night 2/3, but there were no extra pillow cases for them. I enjoyed sitting on the little balcony every morning with my coffee. Would absolutely look to book this unit again.

Nice little place in a great location in a great beach town

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Wrightsville Beach, so we totally loved the location on a short beach block, in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo looked just as pictured, super clean with tasteful decor. The living room spot is tight for four adults. Best suited for two adults, two young children. Bathrooms vanities were too small to hold much and the shower was too small to turn around in or keep soap and shampoo in. We were given six towels for four adults for a week and the washer only holds about two towels at at time. The kitchen was a good size, but minimally stocked. Paper products were promised, but there was only a roll of paper towels and four rolls of tp. No napkins, etc. There was only salt and pepper so we bought oil to use and left it for the next tenants. The outside table and chairs appeared to be outside in the photos, but they were in the carport. An outside shower was promised, but it was a shower head on a post in front of the house with no surround. Overall we were happy with our choice, but will choose a home with more outside space upon our return.
