About this property

Budget 1 bedroom + loft condo

1 bedroom + loft 1 bath available at MountainSide in the BIlls Ranch neighborhood of Frisco.
3rd and last floor - end unit

The Chavanette is our home away from home! The condo is a nice condo in the Mountainside complex - It is a corner unit with additional natural light and great mountain views. Watch the snow fall or leaves change from your private patio and spot moose, foxes and other wildlife that frequently visit our condo complex. You can enjoy a great view of Peak One and the entire mountain range!


The condo has gear storage with a ski race and boot/glove dryer included in the hallway. We also have a W/D in the unit so you can wash/dry your clothes (travel light!) or dry off f your wet clothes before you hit the hill again the next day.

Fireplace is not part of the rental as our HOA no longer allows them to be used in the complex. We are in the process of converting it to an electric fireplace at which time you will be able to use it freely.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Cozy Condo

Great condo in Frisco for a couple, family, or small group. Well kept and maintained. Great communication. Close to town, but you'll probably drive to the main street to eat. Hot tubs are nice and large. Covered garage parking is a huge plus.

My husband and I have owned this condo since 2002. We spent a lot of time with our children while they grew up and were part of local ski teams. The location can't be beat.

Why they chose this property

The complex is one of the best in Frisco featuring covered parking directly under our unit, with additional parking in front of the building. The clubhouse was redone in 2020 and features 3 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, indoor pool (HEATED), sauna, steam room, locker room, indoor pickleball court and and outdoor tennis court (summer).

Truly one of the best locations in Frisco - you back to the National Forest for all your outdoor activities while being less than 1 mile to Main Street Frisco which is a quintessential Colorado Mountain town featuring everything from restaurants and bars to bookstores and coffee shops. Additionally, you are about a 5 minute drive to Walmart and Safeway grocery store, all while being 10 minutes away from I-70 for easy access to bother Denver Airport and all the ski hills.
