What a wonderful place to stay at. Close to restaurants, trails, and ice cream. The host communication was excellent throughout our stay and the house is clean and very cute. Looking forward to our next stay.

Convenient location. Clean with nice space. Close to nightlife if wanted. Host was extremely responsive. This is our second time here and we plan on future stays.

Clean, convenient, with extremely gracious hosts. Everything one needs is there. Would definitely recommend and if in town would certainly stay again.

Lisa responded promptly to all my questions.Beautiful and comfortable duplex 1 block away from the historic area which provides so much history, great food and excellent shopping.

We had a great stay here in Folsom. The host was thoughtful and helpful, and even left us with some thoughtful welcome items and Halloween candy - We were glad to be able to give some out to the kids in the neighborhood.The house was very nicely appointed and had everything we needed.If we return to Folsom, we’d love to stay here again.

A Very Pleasant Stay

This property met all our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything had been remodeled not too long ago and was very well kept.The kitchen had all the amenities and very nice appliances. The bathroom was a nice size with a cabinet around the sink, something I like. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree weather..We would absolutely stay here again.

Not sure where to start here. Everything from the booking to the check in to the stay was incredible. The host, Lisa, was amazing and gave us wonderful recommendations. We had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Jim, while we were at the VRBO and had a great conversation with him. Super people!!! The property was exceptionally clean, well stocked and very cozy. The finishings were very tastefully and impressive. The location was terrific with a short stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars on Sutter Street. Being former residents of Folsom, we appreciated experiencing everything about the area again. We are hoping Lisa and Jim will welcome us back next year when we return to Folsom for a vacation. Thank you for your hospitality and the beautiful welcome treats you left for us!!!

This spot was perfect for my adult son and I. It was nice and quiet and was in the historic district so a lot of places to walk to if you wanted to leave the car behind. The space was very clean. All the amenities were great as well. The beds were nice and large and comfortable. We were only in town for a short time for a wedding and this was perfect. Lisa (host) was so kind, helpful, and prompt replying with any questions I had. Check out and check in were effortless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Home away from home

This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. As for the house itself, pretty much everthing you needed was available. (We loved the Keurig Duo!) As mentioned in the description, only 2 blocks from the historic Main street. You can walk down the hill, or easily find parking. Lots of cute stores, restaurants, and a local museum.
