FAIRWAY TO FUN is brought to you by Condos at The Pointe. Our 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom walk-in end unit has numerous 2025 updates giving it a fresh clean look! The fully stocked kitchen features brushed granite countertops, new cabinetry and new appliances. The primary bedroom is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable king TempTec mattress. Hall bedroom has a very comfortable king pillowtop bed(purchased new in 2025). Each bedroom is furnished with dressers to accommodate over a weeks worth of clothing to make you feel at home during your vacation. Each bathroom has been updated with beautiful vanities, a large walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and shower/tub combination in the hall bathroom. Each bathroom has two hand bars to enter and exit the tub or shower safely. The living area is beautifully decorated with a sofa, cute swivel chair and a dual electric reclining chair to enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV.

Fairway to Fun is located along the fairway for Hole #1 on the beautiful and well maintained Pointe Royale Golf Course. This condo is within walking distance to the practice driving range, Pro Shop and Grill, indoor/outdoor pool, and playground by the access to Lake Taneycomo.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. It was easy to get to all the activities we had planned. The restaurant on hole 19 in pro shop was a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Check in was easy. Condo was well stocked and comfortable. We would stay again.

We have stayed at Point Royale many times. This unit was by far the nicest and cleanest ever. Communication with Tracy was amazing. Walking to the water/playground and to the pool and clubhouse. Would 100% recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers! We will be back!

I thought the unit was very nice. Tracy has thought of every accommodation possible. It was decorated very pretty as well! I for sure liked having the 2 king beds. The location was perfect, close to everything in town but out of town.The boys spent hours at the putting green and pool. We will for sure stay again.
