Beach view was excellent. The pool was a great benefit with small children. Home was well appointed and kitchen was fully equipped. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Steps were challenging. Code to get in the house was wrong and no one answered the phone to help us. Tried for over an hour to get in before someone finally answered and gave us a different code. We requested that someone come to carry all suitcases and cooler down the two flights of steep steps when we were leaving and thankfully a young man named Ryan came. He could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. He was the best part of AvantStay

This was a beautiful home, well-maintained and well-equipped. There are a lot of stairs, but there is a chair escalator for those with mobility issues. There are plenty of beds, but no bathroom for the “bunk room” upstairs, so they must either share one of the en suites or go to the main level. The pool was fantastic, and although there is a home between this home and the ocean, they are staggered so the majority of the view is unobstructed. You just may want to keep your blinds closed for privacy. The crows nest seating has wonderful sunset views over the marsh. Great place!

Pros: Beautiful beach view, great host, amazing pool, plenty of amenities on the property including beach games, kids' toys, coolers, etc. Things for consideration: The house sleeps 12 and while there's plenty of room for folks, the kitchen is on the smaller side and also has a smaller than usual fridge for a house that's hosts larger groups. The house did have coolers available which was helpful; otherwise, there wouldn't have been room for all the beverages. Plan to make ice runs if you're bringing 10 people to the property. One of the sun umbrellas was broken on the back deck where the pool is, but was still functional. Last two days of our stay found a drowned bat in the pool. Jack and Jill bathroom lacked counter space on the top floor. It was a double sink which was great, but there was not much space to put things on it.
