Beautiful fully furnished studio penthouse apartment with stunning sea views. Located in an upscale gated Ocho Rios Condominium, the studio sleeps 2 persons and has a deck and access to 5 pools on site set within beautifully gardens. There is air conditioning, tennis court, and access to a roof top terrace with panoramic view. If you want to wake up to a view, dine with a view and lounge with a view, this is the place for you.The studio's central location affords you with spectacular view of ocean, cruise ship pier and view of Ocho Rios. At the same time, your condo is in a quiet gated spot with free parking. There is access to 5 swimming pools, Tennis Court, Gym (paid), 24-hr security.

( It can also be rented as a 2 bedrm with kitchen for 4 persons at $295 per night if you wish to upgrade).

Please be respectful of our secondary home and leave it as tidy as you found it. No smoking, loud parties or unregistered overnight guests. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when not in use. Jamaica has the 3rd highest utility prices in the world.

Awesome view

This location was a 1 bedroom flat with a bathroom. This is best suited for a single person or a couple who is only interested in sleeping at the property. The view is spectacular and the pool is a nice touch. The location is great and secured

“Tranquility by the Sea”

Words can not express my stay at this gorgeous penthouse, it was everything and more. The penthouse was beautiful and modern with the best view of the ocean from the balcony. The grounds of the property were well manicured that amplified the warm tropical scene. I also loved the fact that the studio is close to all the tourist attractions in Ocho Rios! Ms. O’Connor was an excellent host who was available when needed and very accommodating! I highly recommend the Blue Topaz Penthouse and will definitely book again when I return! Wonderful Rental

We had a great time in our stay in Jamaica. The room was incredible with an amazing view and wonderful bed. Pauline made sure all our needs were taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Corita called us after we made the reservation and made sure we knew the directions and the codes to get in. We had extremely bad weather (torrential rains for the four days of our stay here) but did manage to see the Dunn's river falls and grotto caves, which we recommend both. We spent a lot of time in the room because of weather, so it was very nice to have it be so comfortable, clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend this rental for anyone that is vacationing in the Ocho Rios area of Jamica. Thank you again Corita and Pauline for exceptional customer service. Diane and Bob

This lovely, airy home provides a spectacular view to the sea in all its glorious colours of blue.

This condo is located within walking distance or a short drive to the beach as well as many of the amenities one would need for a stay. Or you can choose to swim in one of the many pools onsite. The home is spacious, clean and bright with a spectacular view of the sea. You can enjoy your meals on one of the lovely balconies while taking in all of the beautiful sights and sounds the Caribbean has to offer.
