Keyes Beach, located on the Nantucket Sound side of the island, boasts some of the warmest waters on Cape Cod. • Living Area: Open and airy space seamlessly flows from a sunlit living area to a dining area for 10 guests.
• Kitchen: Modern, brand new, and fully equipped kitchen.
• Master Suite: Spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.
• Guest bathroom


Second Floor:
• Bedrooms: Four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds.
Two bedrooms with four twin beds.
• Comfort: New mattresses from Macy’s ensure a restful night's sleep.

The property was everything we hoped for: beautiful, clean, well stocked and quiet in a lovely neighborhood. It's close to the beach and shops without the noise. They even provide beach chairs and towels, what a bonus!! There's a very nice backyard with ample seating and tables. The green grass is accentuated with beautiful flowers. We met Val while she was planting flowers and she's so sweet! We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

We rented this place for a girl’s weekend to give a group of lifelong friends a chance to catch up with everyone’s lives. The place was well equipped with a great bed arrangement and perfect layout to hang at the house and chat. And try only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host was extremely accommodating to our requests. We will definitely be coming back

We had a lovely stay. There were 11 of us including baby twins and 3 young children. The sleeping arrangements were perfect . The master bedroom was big enough for two portable cribs and two adults comfortably.We were happy to find the kitchen had everything we needed, good sets of pots and pans and nice dish sets. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and other paper goods.The fenced in back yard was super nice and convenient when you have little ones.The short walk down the road to the beach was great and to veterans beach which we preferred. Alex the host was very helpful and answered a text quickly. Overall it was the perfect home to rent and we had a great time! Grandma loved that her grown children and grandchildren were all together in a lovely home.

Great location

Great house for a large group! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms are great and the kitchen and living room is great for socializing! 5 minute walk to the beach was great! Really enjoyed our stay! Yard and patio space is also amazing!

Great location and funtionality

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and was a short walk away from Key beach and the main st area of town. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and nicely laid out with a fenced, and private yard, and deck. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay there with family.

We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.

Our house was handpicked and chosen thoroughly, considering feedback from our guests as well as our experience of life on the Cape! We've ensured that the house is located on the Nantucket Sound side of the ocean, which has the warmest waters on Cape Cod, and that they are in very close proximity to the beaches, giving you, our guests, the best experience possible. With such a central location on the Cape, you will have easy access to some of the best restaurants, activities, and sights available.
The location is unbeatable: 0.1 mi to the Nantucket Sound Ocean beaches with the warmest waters on Cape Cod; 0.4 mi to the Main Street of Hyannis with the best restaurants, activities and sightseeing; 0.7mi to the Hyannis Harbor, offering trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing and sightseeing cruises for kids and adults.
Please note that the Kennedy's family compound is located on the same side and can be seen from our beach.

For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with Central Air Conditioner, free Washer and Dryer, new LSD HDTVs, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
We believe that our large deck with comfortable furniture, BBQ, firepit, and fenced in backyard will encourage you to spend quality time outdoors.
We provide high quality bedding, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware etc. Also, we provide beach chairs/umbrella, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies, and propane for the grill.
We are local and always available almost immediately to answer any of your questions or stop by to solve any issues.
