House was immaculate and well-stocked with supplies. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. Ping Pong table was a hit. Centrally located for events between Hyannis and Chatham.

Great location, big house and super easy to check in. The home was clean and had more than enough space! The bedroom with the single bed is through the master but it worked for our family. My only recommendations would be to bring cups as the house doesn’t really have any regular drinking cups and extra blankets as the AC works really well! Communication with the rental was also great, they were very responsive!

Wonderful Stay in the Cape

This house was perfect for our family! It’s a 1/2 mile from the lake beach and about 15min drive to the ocean beach. The house has a grill, fire pit, game room, basketball net and ball, outdoor shower and beach chairs. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year!

Nice house, main attractions needed cleaning

The house, neighborhood, location etc were all great. We really enjoyed going to Long Pond and taking walks up and down the street. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the main attractions of the house such as the fire pit, outdoor shower, and basement/game room were all untouched by any cleaning. All the chairs and tables around the fire pit were unusable, I had to clean them myself so we could make a fire and sit around it. Same goes for the outdoor shower and basement, all were dirty with lots of cobwebs/spiders etc. I would book this property again in the future, I would just connect with the management team before arrival to ensure those things had been thoroughly cleaned and were ready for immediate use.

Great stay!

Loved our time here. Our only suggestion would be to give the room with a full bed a queen. Plenty of space. Plenty of things to do. Great communication! Just would have loved a bigger bed for the other couple!

House in Beautiful Neighborhood

The house is located in a beautiful area of Harwich close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Check-in was very easy and seamless. We found the house to be extremely clean but it lacked a few essentials like cereal bowls, laundry soap, and a lighter to light the gas grill (just to name a few). The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped but we managed to get through the week. The grey couch in the living room was also very uncomfortable and the dining room table had a huge sage in the middle. I suggest replacing those in the near future. The room above the garage with the single bed does not have AC. Thank goodness it was cool at night where the window could be opened to sleep. The garage was really spacious and was nice to have to store our bicycles. Overall, it was a nice stay but the house could use a few improvements.

As advertised!

My family and I (9 total) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The location on a quiet street near Long Pond was excellent. We appreciated the cleanliness upon our arrival. Also, we appreciated being notified when the house became available shortly before the scheduled entry time. We used the grill a couple of times -- it was great!

Great summer family vacation!

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean and even though it was pet friendly, you would never know pets had stayed there. There was a great game room downstairs, a fenced in area for the dogs, a fire pit, and a wonderful pond which was walking distance from the house. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning did not work well upstairs, however there were powerful fans. I would definitely stay here again!
