PERFECTION! That is how I would describe the home, the location, the amenities and especially the host. She thought of EVERYTHING and made us feel so welcomed in her home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend time in Cape May in a beautiful Victorian home that is close to everything.

Such a beautiful home that captures times of old! The owner has certainly put in a lot of effort, making it a very special place, indeed. We didn’t want for anything, and we had a most wonderful holiday. Thank you, Trish!

The location was ideal. It was walkable to everything. Our host was super communicative, even recommending restaurants and sites to see. The house was stunning and had absolutely everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed. A beautiful combination of Victorian, with modern modern amenities. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place, perfect in so many ways, and I highly recommend! Being in the house felt like going back in time with all of the beautiful antique furnishings and fireplace. The house was spotless; the host was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The house has everything you need and just about a block away from the Washington mall. Thank you so much for your hospitality Trish. We can’t wait to visit again.

Old Friends Getaway

We loved staying here four our 4 night stay in Cape May! So close to everything, and such a clean, well-appointed house! Even with tropical storm Ophelia bring the wind and rain, it was a beautiful trip!

Wonderful Victorian Home!

The property was immaculate. The home is exactly as listed and is within walking distance to the beach,Washington Mall, restaurants and grocery. We loved our stay and will booking this property again!

Great Location

This home was exactly as described! It was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. We could walk all around the Washington Mall, to the beach and around all the streets with beautiful oldVictorian homes. We enjoyed sitting on the front and back porch having a drink jn the evenings. I would definitely stay here again and tell anyone else to!

First Time in Cape May

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very helpful. The house was close to the shops, restaurants, and a short walk from the beach. The house had everything needed for a fun time down at the Jersey Shore. We will visit Cape May again.

Sisters Trip!

Wow, so many good things to say about Trish and her place. Very gracious host, many extra touches. Short walk to Washington mall and a couple restaurants and beach is walkable too. Victorian theme in the home is quintessential Cape May. Small but numerous bedrooms worked perfectly for three sisters. Great stay highly recommend.

Great Cape May House

Very comfortable house and well equipped with all the house and beach essentials. Close to everything. Walk to Washington Street Mall, beach, restaurants, and grocery. Quick drive to Cape May lighthouse, Sunset Beach, and Cape May Point, etc.!

Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house. Trish was an awesome host and includes many extra touches to make this home very welcoming. The house is very well stocked and includes everything you need. An excellent location which made walking possible to the beach or to Washington Mall. Even walked to the nature conservatory. Looking forward to staying there again. House is on the right side of duplex.

Absolutely beautiful Victorian home. The house is stocked with virtually every single thing you would need. the location to Washington St., Mall is exceptional. The owner was very responsive. Pictures accurately reflect the decor of the home. Would highly recommend.

Trish's home was the perfect location for my four oldest friends and I to celebrate the year we all turned 60. The decor was beautiful, authentic Victorian with all the modern amenties we needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet, and it was a relief that all sheets, bath towels, and beach towels were provided. I really appreciated the outdoor spaces on the porches and patio to relax. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach were all within walking distance, and the Cape May Lighthouse and birding locations were a short drive away. Trish was a wonderful host and answered our questions quickly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing summer vacation in a Beautiful Victorian

Trish is a wonderful hostess! Her home is beautifully restored and fully functional with all the amenities a guest would need! The location is perfect within walking distance to beach and Washington Street Mall. It is very hard to find a full house rental in Cape May. This home was an excellent choice for us! Don't miss out! You will not be disappointed!

Five Star Weekend

Absolutely loved this home! There was an amazing welcome basket, fresh flowers everywhere, and all of the amenities you would ever need! We really appreciated the beach tags, wagon, umbrellas and chairs! Those items usually take up most of our trunk, so we loved that these were provided. We also loved the location. We did have to login to work and had no problems with the wifi. Overall, five stars! Wonderful house & host!

Our best stay in Cape May

This house is amazing! Trish has carefully curated a perfect home and perfect stay for you and your guests. The location is unbeatable -- right in the heart of historic Cape May. The house has tons of vintage charm, antiques, books about Cape May history, even fresh flowers -- and all with the modern conveniences of a new kitchen, baths, central air, and more. The house is immaculate and well stocked with lovely kitchen dishes, cutlery, and everything needed for eating, dining, hosting, and just hanging out. Trish is a very conscientious host and will make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. We will be returning!

Trish was a pleasure to communicate with and the house was so beautiful! Four of us stayed here for a work conference over 3 days at the convention center. The stay was incredible; from the charm of the house, cleanliness, welcome treats, and rooms, everything was beautiful and comfortable. The house was a leap back into time which fit the cape may vibe perfectly. The house was close to everything we needed and everyone was complimentary in my group, including several co workers at the conference who hung on the back patio with us in the beautiful weather. It was quiet, there were no issues, and the house was fully stocked with everything necessary. I would definitely recommend this property and of course, talking with Trish! Thank you!!!!

adult family vacation

This is a gorgeous house, inside and out. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice things, not a hodgepodge of plates and silverware. In fact, I want to find the plates and buy some for myself. Our hostess left a large basket of snacks and a bottle of wine, starting the vacation in a lovely way. There are fresh flowers throughout the house, which is full of victorian style furnishings. It is ultra-convenitnt to the Washington St Mall area and the supermarket, and a few more blocks to the beach. EVERYTHING is included, including whatever is needed for beach visits (umbrellas, chairs, suntan lotion). Trish was an excellent communicator, and all went smoothly. I especially appreciated and NEEDED the three bedrooms that would accommodate the three couples in our group. We plan to book this house again next year!

Loved the location -very walkable to the beach and mall, best stocked kitchen we've ever rented, very clean, the fresh flowers and snacks were a nice extra touch, the beach gear was convenient. The hydrangeas at peak bloom were amazing, we enjoyed sitting on the lovely back porch!
