This beautiful 4-story home is located directly on the beach. The home is four stories tall and contains wrap around balconies on each level which provides for amazing views of the ocean and bay. Each balcony is equipped with chairs and tables and serve as ideal areas to entertain guests. The top floor/roof serves as a roof deck with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, and the bay.

In addition to our 360 degree panoramic view from the roof deck, we also have two ocean front decks; one of which is adjoined to the master bedroom. All of these decks allow our guests to fully experience an unobstructed view of invigorating sunrises as well as picturesque sunsets.

This ocean front home allows for guests to enjoy all aspects of beach living such as the therapeutic sounds of the Atlantic as well as swimming, jogging, snorkeling fishing and sunbathing. The beach also has seasonal life guards to insure everyones safety.

Our home is located just about one mile from the southern most point of Long Beach Island where you can find a wildlife santuary, perfect environment for fishing and a pristine view of the Ocean. It is also about 1.5 miles away from the center of the town of Beach Haven where there are plenty of markets, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and pizzerias. For entertainment you can spend the day at the water park, amusement park, boat rentals, theatre, museum, and brewery.

Our home can feel like a never-ending source of relaxation and entertainment; from the views and beach to our recently updated game room there is something for everyone. Playing foosball, ping pong, darts, and board games can be the perfect way to spend quality time with family and friends.

House matched pictures exactly. We've been renting on LBI for over 20 years and this was by far the best equipped house we've ever rented. From complete kitchen to bicycles, ping pong, foosball, basketball, fishing rods, tons of quality beach chairs, beach umbrella, Crab traps, boogie boards etc. Will definitely rent this house again. Watched sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck, quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from Beach Haven's restaurants and shops.

Loved the location and particularly the 3 decks! Ideal spot. Dominic was very helpful and communicative. The only thing negative is that the house does need some TLC. And, although an "older" home, it was very functional and comfortable.

Location is amazing, but the actual property doesn't exactly align with the pictures. We were not expecting the level of disrepair. The property would not be rated three stars if it was a hotel. Sloppy paint jobs and tile work were part of the detractions. The three bedrooms (the bunk room is VERY small) on the second floor share one small bathroom. The second bathroom and shower are right off the kitchen so it was challenging for adults to use that shower at the end of the day. The kitchen table is attached to the counter in a way that made it hard to open a drawer. Dominic was very responsive though and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans and utensils, which helped with cooking efforts.

Views are amazing.House offers everything for a great vacation. The decks are great. The lower deck is covered so if it rains youā€™re protected. Chairs, bikes, coolers and fishing gear are some of the amenities included. Being on the beach is so nice. Dominic the host was great to work with. Will rent again.

Amazing beach house

My family of 6 loved our stay so much. The location is perfect. The house is right on the beach. The decks are so nice and we loved spending time on all of them. The ocean had the best waves for my children to boogie board on. And the beach was practically empty! There were also plenty of beach chairs and other things for us to use. My kids also loved the Games! We cooked plenty of meals and everything was easy to use and great! Restaurants are just a short drive and we also loved the water park and amusement park. Perfect beach vacation, weā€™ll definitely be back!

Challenging stay, despite prime beach location

Stayed w/ senior parents, husband & 2 kids, 18 months & 2.5 yrs - so review has particulars related to our ages. I am also 8 mo pregnant. Pros: -directly on beach -great location -incl. towels & linens, washer/dryer -host communicative -well-appointed home -game rm -driveway parking Cons: -Lots of steps, interior stairs steep & open w/ only partial interior banister -Needs updates/repairs (rust/cracks/chipped paint on decks, malfunctioning shower handles, tape & missing pieces in washer/dryer, small holes in walls, missing lightbulbs & knob on drawer, open outlet, missing paint, broken floor framing, broken ceiling fan/light, only 1 pingpong paddle, missing paneling under kitchen countertop). -Rooms small & tight. Furniture layout differs from photos, caused issues w/ fitting our cribs & had to give up master -Mattresses uncomfortable -Decks had missing poles & paneling, creating fall hazards -Many outlets donā€™t work -Home not cleaned well (sandy floors, old coffee & mold in machine, unusable BBQ w/ old food & flies) -BBQ inconveniently located under house -AC vent obstructions & broken stovetop burners handled promptly by owner -No access to game room from inside -No outdoor lights, preventing deck use after dark -town's beach work created a 20+ ft drop to water, making beach access dangerous -Not a full house rental but a duplex w/ separate occupant on other side of wall Overall, we would not stay again. But w/ repairs, could be an incredible home given setup & location!

Many Delughtful Surprises

The delight began with the furnishings on the first outdoor patio. Inside, the host had provided just about everything needed in the kitchen. The master bedroom on the second floor is a nice size and offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The second bedroom is TINY but its queen-sized bed made it comfortable. The third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds is fine. There is one bath on the bedrooms floor and one on the main floor. Continue to the rooftop deck and the view is SPECTACULAR! Alert for seniors or disabled: there are a LOT of steps. The host is great and very responsive.
