Updated modern bungalow in the heart of old Gainesville, right off NW 13th St. This updated house features 2 beautiful bedrooms, both with queen beds, a cozy living room and front entryway/office, both with futon couches for additional sleeping areas, a jack n' jill shared bathroom with full amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hair dryer. There is a washer/dryer in unit.

Dedicated, off site parking spot walking distance to UF available for extra fee. Must book in advance.

The property is also surrounded by citrus trees and we provide a citrus picker so you may enjoy fresh fruit during your stay (when in season). Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Gainesville and our house has to offer.

Low Hanging Fruit!

Wonderful stay at a super clean location near University of Florida! Great host, solid communication, and a well appointed home. Backyard adorned with citrus fruit trees is a great bonus! Best “pick” in Gainesville!
