Great condo centrally located.

  • 4 of 5

This condo was perfect! I rented it for two nights for a girls weekend to celebrate my 30th Birthday and we adored it! Everything was clean, comfy, and nice. I think it's actually nicer then the pictures make it seem. The condo is so close to great restaurants, stores, the beach, a casino, and a huge super market (Raley's).

First day we got there (in the early evening) we picked up some dinner from a place called Thai Recipe which was amazing! Then we just hung out and had a girls night back at the condo. The living room is perfect for a big group of people to get comfy in, chat, and play games. So much fun!

Next day I made breakfast in the kitchen and it was good. It had just about everything I needed to make a yummy meal. Then we got ready and headed to the condo's beach a block or so down the road. It's $12 per person to get in but so worth it because you can purchase cocktails from the bar there!! We, being on a girl's weekend, of course loved that! The beach was great but if you want to go in the water further then your ankles, get those water shoes and wear them out for sure!! There's about 5 feet worth of mean rocks under the water at the shore before you get to send and they hurt.

After the beach we got ready and headed to a really good restaurant called Bite that was about a 2 minute drive from the condo. The place was so good!! It's a Tapas bar that serves amazing food!! It's a nicer place so this was our night out. Check it out if you want to go to a swanky yummy place to eat.

The only drawback I would say (and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars) was that we found that the down stairs bathroom shower wasn't working. It was a little rough having only one shower for 8 women but we worked it out. I let the owner know. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

Overall I would totally go back to this place and recommend it to everyone!! I super loved it and felt really comfortable and at home here. I hope to go back again! Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Great location, no attention to detail

  • 2 of 5

The location of the property is great, within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The townhouse is very child friendly, we traveled with a 2 and 7 year old and they were very entertained with all the toys, games, and movies the home has to offer. We give this home only three stars because we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The ceilings had cobwebs, there were chips bowls in the cupboards, the carpet was stained in may areas, the bed linens and towels were stained. One of the listed "to do" items when we checked out was to take all the linens off the beds and when we pulled the sheets off we were shocked to see how stained the pillows were, two of then even had blood stains. Under the kitchen sink there was waded up paper garbage and used sponges, which we would never have used. The bathroom cabinets also had used bottles and items from previous guests and we did not feel comfortable putting our things in there. The deck on the second floor had debris, it had not been swept in a long time. We would not recommend this property to our family or friends unless we know some changes were made and then we would give it five stars.

The condo was perfectly equipped, well furnished and in a great location to walk to the lake, they hyatt, nearby shops, restaurants and the bowling alley! We were at Mt. Rose skiing in 15 minutes and 5 minutes to Diamond Peak. Thanks for the great vacation.

Affordable, Very Comfortable Condo with Incredible Incline Village Facility Access

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here in June with my brother. We were able to rent bicycles up the street at the Village Ski Loft and ride them back down to the Condo. Everything is so conveniently located and being in Incline Village allowed us access to so many facilities that non-residents don’t have access to. We thoroughly enjoyed both permit/resident only beaches which are in walking distance from the condo. The main beach 1 ½ blocks from the condo has great sand and picnic facilities as well as a playground. We enjoyed renting kayaks there. The second day we rode down to Burnt Cedar Beach and used the pool lakeside. I walked into the Incline Village Rec. Center, and was overwhelmingly impressed with the indoor pool, basketball courts, gym, etc…Outside were a dozen tennis courts nestled into the beautiful forest-Next time I’ll bring a racquet! I should also mention that there are bike lanes everywhere.

At the condo itself, the upstairs is well lighted and airy so it feels very comfortable on the big soft couches and chair when taking a breather. Everything is well kept and clean. It is very quiet and the surroundings of pine trees make it feel very serene-yet close to everything. The bedrooms are adequate and accommodating in the downstairs. The large master bed upstairs has a very comfortable king bed. While at the condo in the afternoon it was great to have a lovely pool and then sauna/hot tub to refresh with before going out in the evening.

I am looking forward to staying here in winter also, since a guest has access to a free shuttle to the local ski area, Diamond Peak, and reduced lift ticket prices for adults ~$25/day!

This property is very reasonable in price and the accommodations are perfect for those who really want to enjoy the surrounding area, whether in the summer or winter, with resident access and perks, while have a relaxing comfortable place to come home to or awake in the morning.
