Julie is a wonderful host, author, gardener. Such a beautiful and peaceful place to spend some time. Especially lovely for bibliophiles and gardeners. Hot, hot water, very comfortable bed, sitting area, bathroom, kitchenette. Just perfect. 10/10 would totally recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Flagstaff.

It was/is a lovely property, nestled in a very nice community, an older section of Flagstaff. The host was very gracious and helpful. We were pretty comfortable; the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. If there was anything that I’d be concerned about, it was the walkway to the rental. I’m recovering from spine surgery and am dealing with a severe arthritic condition in my feet, so I tend to be a bit wobbly, other than that, we loved our stay

Great location and amenities

The location was great - good access to hiking trails and just a short drive to the downtown, historic area. The place was filled with lots of amenities, including a spacious kitchen.

Cozy Stay

I rented this property for my daughter while she was in Flagstaff for a wilderness first responder training. It was a cozy place for her to stay after long training days. It was very close to the training location but also very easy to get around other places. She had everything she needed and was happy with the host and the property.

Cute and sweet place

Julie was just so wonderful, bringing us a bouquet of flowers from her awesome garden and being so warm and helpful. She has a library in side of resources for the surrounding area which we found very helpful in getting to know our new home.We highly recommend this stay! Our dog was happy too!

Nice little place. The walkway is uneven and I hesitated to go out after dark with my dog, for fear of falling. Otherwise it was just fine

Flagstaff Trip

This property was okay. Only issue is that are unable to use more than one item in the kitchen at a time, or a fuse is blown. Also, had a couple of spiders. Owner is very nice and accommodating by letting us use an extension cord and wine opener. Shower works fine, but very old. Great for our dog as the park was just down the street and had great walking trails.

Pet-friendly, clean accommodations with an outstanding host. This was our first experience in a VRBO and it was positive in every way. The peaceful yard filled with flowers and butterflies and hummingbirds visiting were quite a delight as was the view of Humphreys Peak.
