The custom-designed kitchen comes FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook up a feast. Plenty of cooking and baking tools and gadgets including items such as coffee makers (drip and Keurig), a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, crockpot, air fryer and electric can opener.
Home is situated on a corner lot and has plenty of parking with a garage, large driveway, and an additional side parking area.

Grew up in Greenville, North Carolina and recently retired from Deloitte Consulting. Love outdoor activities including golf, pickleball, croquet, and hiking. Spend half of our time in Saint Simons Island and the rest in Sapphire.
Why they chose this property
We live in the neighborhood and thought it would be fun to have a property that is 100% rental. From May to November we are just down the street to address any issues and/or answer any questions about the area.
What makes this property unique
The property was 100% rebuilt in 2025. Reconfigured the house to have 4 bathrooms, 3 of which now connect to an adjoining bedroom. Almost everything in the house is new including windows, doors, AC, bathrooms, flooring, and almost all of the furniture. Huge new deck on the back of the house perfect for hosting family or friends.
