A beautiful condo situated in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 ... Fully equiped condo offers peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The building has 2 elevators and the building also has a reverse-osmosis filtration system so the water is safe to drink, shower and cook with. There are 2 pools, there is direct beach access and kayaks available for use and free Wifi. To get to town is an easy stroll up the beach and through the Omni hotel lobby or a 10 min walk around the neighborhood.

I purchased the condo to enjoy the simple way of life in Puerto Aventuras. It's so peaceful yet just minutes away, you have an amazing small town feel while strolling along the promanade in the center of town. Come and enjoy it as much as I do.
What makes this property unique
The condo can sleep 6 people and the large balcony overlooks the beautiful pool and the ocean. It is also located close to the center of town where one can have a lovely dinner and drinks in the towns' many restaurants along the promanade.
