The location is great. Within walking distance of the Lift Bridge and downtown Duluth. We brought our dog, and there was plenty of space to walk him.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great location within walking distance to Canal Park, plenty of parking, great opportunity to see the ore boats coming in and going out right from the comfort of your own patio. Will stay here again.

Nice clean modern decor. Really close to lift bridge and easy walk to canal park and lighthouse. Enjoyed morning coffee on balcony. Beach access nearby but sign said access was private for adjoining properties. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms.

The place was spacious, spotless, and beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better location - walkable to a lot. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Duluth!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Amazing location! Walking distance to shop and many restaurants! The check-in was so easy! You need to stay here as we throughly enjoyed ourselves! I would definitely give it a star rating!

Terrific location for watching boats arrive and access to Canal Park. Very clean. Kitchen had what we needed. Perfect for our trip. Hosts were very responsive.

The newly constructed apartments are thoughtfully furnished. We enjoyed the stylings, thank you. The outdoor areas are not yet completed, but I’m confident they will be lovely as well.

Location was excellent for seeing ships arriving in port. Walkable distance to many shops/restaurants in Canal Park. Parking onsite is a little tight and units are accessible only by stairs. Might be helpful to note that on the site information, as these are 3 floor condos.

Great stay at this property and it’s a beautiful location along Lake Superior. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.I would make a suggestion for more storage in the master bathroom/bedroom for clothing. We pulled the baskets from the second bedroom and used them for storage so we weren’t pulling from suitcases daily. We also moved the metal shelf from living room and put it in the master bathroom to place clothing on and that worked quite nicely. Just a thought. We had a lovely time at this location.

The host called two days before to ensure I was ready for my vacation. The condo was super clean with amazing views of the lift bridge. We witnessed two huge barges maneuvering the canal from the deck.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants on Canal Street. We loved being able to watch the bridge from our balcony.
