Not as described

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amenities and location were absolutely fantastic, however room was not cleaned throughly and furniture was more than gently used.

Filthy and outdated

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The king mattress was completely collapsed. It was so bad that one side was leaning down toward the floor. Also the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed. We considered flipping the mattress. The sofa was disgusting and full of stains. When we opened it the sofa bed mattress cover was full of crumbs. There were no blankets for that bed. Mold all over the ceilings by every air vent. Mold in the grout lines of the master shower and the hall bath tub. The floor was so gross that when the kids walked around barefoot their feet were filthy. The dishwasher doesn’t dry at all so the dishwasher was full of mold. We decided to hand wash all the dishes. The patio table was disgusting, full of bird ****. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped off in months. Gross. He pool and lazy river were good but we would not stay at this property again.

Wedding on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was inconvenient to have to go up and down elevators and cross the highway on the bridge to get to the beach. But the Lazy River and pool area was great for kids.
