Available March 2026, April 2026, and May 2026 (Jan-Feb is booked). Minimum one month rental. Welcome to this enchanting condo in north Naples. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and two twin beds, perfect for a small group of guests. It features two bathrooms both with stand alone showers and one in the master bedroom with a hot tub, you'll have all the comforts of home. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this phenomenal property, complete with amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and all new washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/stove. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling or working in Naples. The spacious lanai has peaceful views of a pond with a waterfall capturing all that the preserve offers. Oversized community pool which is heated in the cooler seasonal months. Must fill out short application to the association. Form will be provided, This is a quiet community comprised mainly of retirees. Please don't hesitate to call or email with questions. I'm not accepting guests with pets at this time.
