This home is nestled in a wonderful neighborhood and has a relaxing patio and yard! It is perfect for family and friend get togethers as well as sports teams! This home has an open floor plan. Living room and fully stocked kitchen are on the first floor of the home along with a bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms in the home, which are all located on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom is a suite with a king bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed in it. The third and fourth bedrooms have bunk beds in them with a twin bunk bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom. There is also a second bathroom located in the upstairs of the home. Come enjoy an amazing get away in this exceptional home that is centrally located!

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. **There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the home. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**We provide regular and decaf coffee for the drip coffee machine. We do not provide K cups for the Keurig machine.

**No firearms permitted inside the home.

** Pets are permitted for a $50 pet fee per day per pet. 2 pet maximum. Dogs and cats are the only pets permitted to stay on this property. Dogs must be under the weight of 40 pounds to stay on the property**

Peaceful and close to lake

There were 10 of us and we fit perfectly. A block from a park and lake, short drive to groceries and the lighthouse, a fire pit for the backyard and comfortable beds. A lovely neighborhood, too. Thanks!

One of the BEST if not THE BEST vacation rentals we have EVER had!

The owners have done a magical job remodeling this vacation home. It is WAY bigger than we thought. They have everything there for you! We will be making this a destination every year now. Thank you from my family to the owners for a great vacation!

Cedar Point Family Weekend

We all enjoyed the home we stayed. Only thing the TV kept cutting out after a few even when using DVR. Batteries missing in remotes. The home, neighborhood and location were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

The house is perfect! There is plenty of room for the whole family. It is perfect for different ages. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking family meals. There are extra towels and extra blankets. We really enjoyed our stay.

Blue house

We had 5 adults and 5 children during our stay and house and sleeping arrangements were perfect. We went to Nickel Beach for 2 days and the 10 minute drive to was just enough to make it worth while! We also went to Put-in-bay for a day which wasn't too far either. Coffee shop on main Street was also a plus, very good!

Great location

Good location and roomy place. The trash can was full though, which was a slight problem. Some debris and residue were in the kitchen, but not much. Overall, it was a good place with good response from the manager.

Very Pleasant Stay!

I would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. The house was very close to a neighborhood beach which was convenient especially for our younger kiddos.The only reason I am giving this stay a 4.0/4.5 is because there were no baking sheets or frying pans which made it a bit difficult when it came to making biscuits and eggs. In addition, there was no shampoo/soap for showering which I'm not used to, but technically they didn't advertise this so...The listing says it sleeps 10. There are two king beds and two sets of bunk beds (twins on top and full beds on bottom). Because our kiddos are teens, they didn't want to share the full beds. So just be sure to know the "sleeping" arrangements before you book if you have teenagers. Again, a great place to stay and will stay here again! Lovely home in Huron, OH. Hope to be back soon.

Much needed

We stayed in same place 4 years ago. We vacation in Sandusky every year, around July 4th. My Mom passed away 3 weeks ago and my sister and I thought about canceling, but it was great for all of us. Thanks again.

Christmas in July

This was the PERFECT place for our extended family to gather together for Christmas in July. The host arrived shortly after check-in to greet us and was close by should we need anything…which we did not as everything we could possibly want or need was provided! It was a short walk to the beach where the little’s could run off some energy and use the playground equipment. I can highly recommend this property for the size, amenities and location close to Progressive Field, Cedar Point, the Aquarium, the Zoo, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and many other things to do not far away. Highly recommended!!

Great location

Rented for family vacation for 8 adults and 6 children. Advertised as sleeping 14 is stretching it. Sleeper sofa not usable. Luckily had brought air mattress to replace it along with small air mattresses for 2 children. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, pots but only one large skillet. Conveniently located to park and nickle plate beach. Yard is fenced but has opening for driveway with no gate.

Great house for base station

3 generations (8 total) enjoyed well-equipped house as a place to eat and sleep while taking in amusement parks and beaches during the daytime. A bit too hot for the fire pit, sadly, but inside air conditioning was quite welcome. Plenty of gathering space for us to have more family over for casual supper, games and conversation a couple of evenings.

Great stay on Lake Erie!

We stayed for a long weekend with 3 generations of family. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds, games and DVDs; the patio was great for evening meals and hanging out. A short walk to a great park and little beach. The owners were very responsive. All in all a comfortable and easy stay!

Perfect location with the right amount of room.

Perfect location with the right amount of room. We had a large group of families out for a Softball tournament. This house was great and fit what we needed to a tee. Great communication with walking distance to the lake and a short drive to the fields and a Cedar Point amusement park.

Very nice home convenient to local attractions.

Beautiful home with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Convenient to Cedar Point and ferries to the islands and close to beach. First time in this area Rye Beach, the area and beach was a bit run down with a wide variety of homes in the area. This home is clearly one of the newer and better maintained in the area.

Family memories

We gifted a cedar point trip to our daughter's family. We were joined by her father in law and niece. We enjoyed hanging at Rye's Beach and park on our arrival date. The house fit our crew of 12 beautifully. The house was wonderfully stocked with many extras! The welcome bottle of wine was so thoughtful. Great place to stay in a convenient location.
