Located in a quiet area and only 4 miles to beach, 5 miles to enjoy all that downtown Falmouth has to offer such as amazing restaurants and shopping and catch the seasonal passenger ferry (Island Queen) over to Martha's Vineyard. Or only 9 miles to Woods Hole ferry that operates on a year round basis. Grocery stores close by as well. If you want to venture up the Cape, Hyannis is only 17 miles away and Provincetown is 65 miles away.

Loved our stay at this wonderful home in Falmouth! The house is beautiful, clean, well-equipped if you like to cook at home, and the pool is a great bonus! The bedrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable. We’ve stayed at a number of places in Falmouth and Mashpee and this is a favorite for sure!

Beautiful, spacious house with a lovely backyard and fabulous pool! About 20 minutes to Falmouth Center with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced in yard, and the 6 adult humans loved spending time with the beautiful house! Would definitely rent again!

Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the summer. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Falmouth and would highly recommend the home.

Felt like home! Beautiful spacious home with privacy and clean accommodations!Adults loved the pool more than the kids!Cool air-conditioning throughout house.Beautiful dead end road and very quiet, neighbors even waived to us.We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this property! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, with everything I needed for a stress-free stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family including my 3 grandchildren ages 8, 5 and 3. The fenced in backyard with the pool was beautiful. The quiet dead end street made riding bikes a breeze and very safe for the kids. The neighbors were lovely and we created some incredible memories! My daughter lives in Mashpee and it was a 5 minute drive to her house. It was truly perfect!

A beautifully designed property inside and out. Modern, spacious living areas, high quality appliances, the kitchen generously filled with ‘all’ for everyday use and when entertaining company. House well supplied with towels and fresh linens. Owner quickly responded to questions or needs. The swimming pool and fenced in yard, lovely. Our little dog ran freely for the first time! We were 9 in all.

Spacious home in need of repair and updates. Kitchen cabinet with sink and dishwasher is literally falling apart; cheap finishes throughout; inadequate supplies (paper towels, tissues, soap, bath products;) bad pillows on beds and no extra blankets. Lawn was overgrown and there is a cell tower hovering near the house. A major refresh would go a long way and decent supplies would be helpful.
