This amazing newly constructed custom Condo in La Jolla (as of February 2017) is located a 2 to 3 minute walk from Wind and Sea Beach. The property is on the second floor of a two unit building. The front door is across from a handmade bamboo fence surrounding the entrance. The bamboo and wood stairs will lead you into an open concept living room, kitchen, and large double doors that opens into the first balcony. The vaulted ceilings and windows create a light and open space where you can relax and enjoy your vacation or honeymoon.

**Construction has begun on a house a couple doors down from this rental. There will be possible hammering noise on some days. Work is limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The rental rate HAS BEEN DISCOUNTED for this possible inconvenience**

The open kitchen/living space has been designed with many angles that take advantage of the light and scenic views of the sky. There is a tiled gas fireplace with a 65” HD 4K flat screen TV above it. For further enjoyment we have installed overhead mood lighting for both the living room and bedroom. The living room couch separates into pieces to easily create a couch bed. The kitchen has a ton of counter space with bar stools to create more seating. There is a new counter high table for your sit down dinners.

Past the kitchen on your right you will find the bathroom with a custom tiled tub shower.

Both bedrooms are in the far end of the house. The master suite has a king size bed with a large fan above it. Overhead lighting has been installed for reading or mood lighting. There is a 55” 4K flat screen TV. For convenience, the master bedroom also has a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed.

To add to your pleasure and entertainment at this house, there are two deck areas. The first deck on the main level of the living space can be used as an extension of the living room. There is seating for 5 with a gas BBQ Grill and Fire Pit. This will make a great evening conversation area. The spiral staircase, will lead you from the 1st deck to the 400 sf roof deck. The panoramic view will leave you breathless. There is a180 degree view of the ocean. This is the tallest rooftop deck on the street. You will see beautiful sunsets over the water all year long. If you are lucky enough to be here on the 4th of July….you can see 2 sets of fireworks! There is seating and a large cantilever umbrella to add to your viewing experience.
The fully furnished condo includes a fully furnished kitchen. It is furnished with all linens for beds and bath. There will be a "start up" supply of paper towels, toilet paper , and bath and kitchen soaps. Also supplied are beach towels, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards.

Along with being an amazing space to spend a few days or a few weeks this condo is located near some amazing restaurants, shopping, La Jolla Cove, Sea World, the Gaslamp downtown, and the world renown San Diego Zoo.
