The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On every Sunday evening, please put trash barrels at the end of the driveway
Make sure to clean up after your pets. No animal "leftovers" are to be left on the lawn.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash and recycling are collected at 7am every Monday. If you are in the residence at this time, please bring bins to the end of driveway.
The lawn is mowed every Tuesday, please clear any obstacles that may be in the way. Please do not let pets use the bathroom on the lawn.
The landscape is treated for mosquitoes and ticks once a month There will be notice of their arrival since they do not come at a set date/time.

This was the perfect house for our family, very comfortable and convenient to town. We walked regularly the approximate 1 mile to town. Owners were very responsive to any requests and accommodating. We hope to rent this home again next year!

We are a local family who rent out our private home for the summer. We work professional jobs as a Paramedic and Plumber and have lived on Martha’s Vineyard since we were 5 years old. Our children love our home since we live in an area surrounded by family where they feel safe and protected by our neighbors. We love being outside, enjoying the natural beauty of this island. Beach days, pool days, biking and just being with friends.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because we have family that live on the same street. It’s quiet, safe, and not far from town and our school.

What makes this property unique

Our home looks just like the photos. We take great pride in keeping it clean and up to date. The porches on both sides of the house have plenty of seating for outdoor dining or just having a quiet morning coffee.
