The Ingram Building 303

The Ingram Building, is located at 720 5th Avenue South in the heart of Old Naples, in the middle of the entertainment and Restaurant District. We are situated a stone's throw from pristine beaches of 5th Avenue, tennis, golf, fishing and other recreational activites.. Cambier Park and the Von Liebig Art Center, situated directly behind the building, have events which include evening and Sunday concerts in the park, arts and craft fairs, art shows and art lessons as well as other activities. . Our units facing 5th Ave. have balconies overlooking the Avenue. You will find some of the best dining and shopping in Florida along with entertainment provided by Sugden Community Theater, Evenings on 5th, award winning art shows, just to mention a few. We have a secluded heated pool on the 2nd floor for the use of our guests. This private pool has barbecue facilities and overlooks Cambier Park.

Great place to stay!

Location is wonderful! Walkable to all restaurants, Tim city and the beach. Unit is clean, has plenty of room, has comfortable mattresses. And a HUGE plus, it’s the only place we’ve ever stayed that has nice pots and pans , plenty of them for cooking. It even has a nice crockpot, which we did use one day.

Perfect Location

Large, roomy apartment in the middle of everything! Plenty of quiet space to work and then play -- only steps from the vibrant shopping/dining district and the beach. We're longtime VRBO users and this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in in the area. Definitely will be back next year!

Perfect! Exactly what we expected.

Great location in the heart of Old Naples. We rarely used a car as some of the best shopping and cuisine in the entire country are within walking distance of this condo. We are already planning our next stay. Thank you Dan!

Loved Staying on Fifth Ave

The property was in a fantastic location. We could walk to everything: the beach, endless restaurants, bars, cafes and favorite shops. The balcony which overlooked Fifth Ave was our favorite morning spot for coffee and happy hour. Having a pool on the property was a huge bonus; on three occasions we enjoyed music from the neighboring park from the pool deck. The property was very clean, well equipped and offered a unique decor. Hope to return soon!

Great stay on 5th Ave. Naples

My wife and I and our adult daughter spent Christmas week here. The place was clean and was high end. The location is fabulous. Having a parking space just if 5th Ave was priceless. Very good communication with the host. I highly recommend.

As good as it gets!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ingram Building! Everything was just perfect! Close to everything! With the best restaurants and shopping! The balcony overlooking 5th was great for an early morning breakfast or a late night champagne toast! Loved the pool. Dan and Leslie were very kind and always available. So glad to have met them! They are wonderful hosts. We will definitely return to the best place to stay in Naples! Chris and Johnna

Enjoy 5th Ave. Up Close

Very impressive condo with plenty of room. The balcony overlooking 5th Ave. is especially impressive. The unit is right in the heart of the action so be prepared. It doesn't get quite most nights until pretty late.

Naples location, location, location

I stayed in Unit 303, which overlooks 5th Avenue. Basically as convenient as it gets. Seven blocks to the beach, due west. Starbucks and 6th Street Cafe near. Out the back, across the "alley," is Cambier Park. 5 blocks to the Dock and Bayside Restaurants. And then there are 5th Ave's restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and well-furnished.

Perfect Location

Good lookout location over 5th Ave. Walkable to the beach, but we did drive most of the time in order to take the provided beach chairs and umbrella! Walkable to so many nearby restaurants! The apartment is very luxurious and spacious! Thanks for the great stay!

Naples - Simply a perfect spot

This property has an ideal location right in the centre of 5th. Great restaraunts within walking distance. Beach is an easy 10 minute walk and the apartment is spacious and has a narrow but great balcony for watching the world go past. Really a great location and a great apartment. Owners were spot on with communication and the facilities were all perfect.

Incompetent, unresponsive landlord

I heard before I arrived from prior visitors, that Dan, the landlord just didn’t care when you had issues. Examples: was going to give us a larger trash can and it never came, the. guest bathroom pipe below the sink leaked, which they fixed but never replaced the wet hairdryer below the sink, our neighbor’s TV took several days to replace. The furniture is eclectic and the sofas were very worn. Huge glass coffee table that took the whole TV sitting area. Location is great.

Great location for people watching, condo had more then everything we required . Only one criticism we didn't get our bed changed the two weeks we where there ,but excellent place to stay.

Nice place in perfect downtown location

Really nice place with balcony overlooking 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. Large enough for family of 4. Very functional kitchen. Reserved parking spot. Surprised to also have 4 beach chairs & umbrella. Pool was small, but never busy. Internet WiFi was intermittent in back bedroom. Would have liked seating for 4 in living room (only 1 small couch and 1 chair).

After repeated requests for access info we finally received a blank pdf document. I wasn’t sure we would have a place to stay when we arrived. Not a great way to start a vacation. Would not stay again.

Best location right in the middle of downtown Naples.

We found this condo in the Ingram building to be the perfect place to enjoy Naples. Although right on lively Fifth Avenue (where all the action is), we had no problems with noise and slept well each night on a very comfortable king mattress. The apartment itself is a very interesting blend of antique and eclectic furnishings. All finishes and appliances are high end and luxurious. In short, all our needs and expectations were met and exceeded. The long balcony over Fifth is a perfect place to relax and watch the world go by. Dan was very responsive and extremely helpful when we had a slight change of plans due to a sad family matter. He was always available at a moments notice. There is a lovely and very private pool on the second floor for a cooling dip, reading or sunning. We ate at five memorable restaurants in 6 days..all within a five minute walk. Hob Nob was located in the same building as the condo, and was our favorite meal of the week. Book this one with confidence.
