Paradise Beach Club 111 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy all of the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the Ocean with this spectacular unit. This unit is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the well-maintained lawn, pool and other great complex amenities. This unit is perfect for anyone, especially those with children, with the large grass area right outside your unit offering plenty of room to run and play. Also perfect for those who are looking to travel with their pets, you're steps away from a gated pet area.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and large plasma TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations (not a sofa sleeper). The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. A maximum of two pets are allowed and no dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

The peaceful location with the beautiful view and proximity to the beach was incredible! Beautiful sunrises from both the bedroom and living room were incredible. The hose was easy to communicate with and on top of any issues that arose. Definitely recommend for a much needed getaway.

This place is so perfect. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and we did not want to leave. It was clean, thoughtfully laid out and appointed, and although we brought stuff like garbage bags and laundry detergent we really didn’t need to, the place was fully stocked. The pool is so warm. The beach is spotless and goes forever The dog park on the property was clean, close and handy. The Publix across the street was awesome too. Couldn’t have asked for more. Unit 111 has a perfect ocean view although I think it is considered partial. I would take this side view over being head on to the ocean because it was very private. If you get a chance to stay here take it.

Amazing Condo

The condo is stocked with anything and everything you might need during your stay. We loved the convenience of the ground floor and being able to walk right out the back to the beach or pool.

We had a wonderful week while staying at Paradise Beach Club. Our unit was on the first floor and the proximity to the beach and pool was exceptional for our family with two small children. Beautiful place

We had a great experience at this property. The views are outstanding, especially for a ground floor. The lawn was perfect for our kids to run around and play during breaks from the beautiful pool and beach. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The staff are wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice place. Great location away from the Cocoa Beach madness. Initially didn't know the door code was listed on an email till I looked back at it. Thought there was more to the easy check in. Excellent parking and easy 1st floor access. I'll be looking to stay here next year.

Great location right on the water. Super quiet away from pool activity. Ultra clean and modern condo. Great nearby restaurants. I also left a few pieces of jewelry and the property management contacted me immediately and arranged for their return to me by mail. So appreciative. We stayed here with friends visiting from Germany that wanted to be near the beach. Couldnt get any closer. Everything was as described. A few small things that would have been helpful like dish soap and coffee filters There is a dollar store across the street so no problem, they offered to reimburse which was nice but not necessary just a heads up.

A wonderful spot!

This property is a GEM if you have little kids! We just checked out after a 6 night stay. We had the best time. Our boys are 3, 6, and 8. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It’s on ground level, super close to the beach access and also the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and clean. The property and pool were clean and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all. The property manager was very responsive. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Beautiful unit disappointing stay

I have never left a bad review on the many locations I’ve stayed. The unit is as described. Clean and well maintained in a not as touristy location. However the beach was closed during most of 2 week stay for maintenance. The management sent an email after several days of our stay indicating they didn’t know about beach closure prior by the county. County’s do communicate and post listings, someone dropped the ball. The pool was also closed for a couple days prior to beach closure. Water was turned off at the end of our stay for additional repairs. The unit is beautiful, just a very disappointing stay which should have been communicated better.

Zeer goed. Toen wij na aankomst contact op namen met Zareh omdat de TV niet leek te werken reageerde zij heel snel. Probleem was snel opgelost. Wel jammer dat wij de laatste 2 dagen geen verbinding meer konden maken met het internet. Konden hierdoor ook geen contact opnemen met Zareh. Verder niets te klagen. Appartement en locatie waren geweldig en kunnen wij iedereen aanbevelen.

Location was great, just steps from the beach and pool. But the sofa and loveseat need to be updated, as the mattress on the pull out sofa was very very uncomfortable! Besides that it’s a great place to stay very quiet and the beaches were not crowded
