この1階建ての1階にある1800平方フィートの2ベッドルーム/ 2バスルームロッジレジデンスは、高級キッチン用品から広々としたオープンフロアプランまで細部にまで注意を払って改造されました。 入り口には、右側にボッシュ製の洗濯機と乾燥機が積み重なったランドリールームがあり、左側には、すべてのギアを収納できる泥室があります。

Open floor plan, super clean

We stayed mid October. The condo is well appointed with plenty of space for guests to spread out. Large kitchen island is a delight for food prep. The decor is cute. I wish there was an outdoor grill because cooking on the indoor grills is a bit of a mess, but this would not stop me from renting this unit again.

Great location, cozy condo!

We were up for my daughter's skating competition at the Sun Valley ice rink and were looking for someone very close to there rink, that would fit my family and my parents. This condo perfectly fit the requirements and exceeded expectations. My only 'complaint', and it is strongly just a matter of preference, is that the beds were some of the firmest we've ever slept on. Overall, the condo furnishings and location were perfect and we look forward to staying there again.

Midwinter Ski Trip

This unit is a step above. We didn’t feel like we were in a rental, rather we felt like we were in someone’s high end home. The furnishings and details are very tasteful and appropriate to the mountain setting. It is also a quiet unit - everyone slept well. Additionally, it has one of the nicest kitchens we’ve ever used and is well equipped. The sauna was an additional highlight. The location is ideal - close to the Lodge pool, skating rink, and amenities without being in the mix of it. Walkable to town and yet set apart. We would rent this unit again!

The only unfortunate situation was it rained so we wanted to use the fitness center in the Lodge and evidently that isn't available for renters of this unit. Would have been nice to have that option.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office staff we spoke with before our arrival were always friendly and very helpful. When we arrived for our stay, we had trouble finding the correct door to the condo complex and the lock on the door to our rental was incredibly hard to open. We called for after-hours assistance and she couldn’t get the lock open - had to call someone else who talked her through opening the door. When we asked if someone would repair the lock, she said there was nothing wrong with it. Once the condo door opened, the rooms had a very strong musty smell. The after-hours assistant was rude and condescending. We get it - it’s not great being called to assist on a Sunday afternoon, but we would have appreciated a little courtesy. We checked into the Sun Valley Lodge and let the condo company keep our rent.

Two comments - there is a plastic covering on the king mattress that made it a bit uncomfortable, and the TV in the living room is dated. But we were very satisfied otherwise.

Wonderful location and accommodations!

We selected this condo for its proxemity to Sun Valley where we attended the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference. Alpine Property Management was most helpful in getting a few things repaired quickly. We would definitely book with them again.

Great stay in Sun Valley!

We loved our stay here in Sun Valley. The property was well located in the Sun Valley village within quick walking distance of the ice skating rink and a short bike ride away from Ketchum. It was very clean and well equipped with anything we could need.

Great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, Let me begin by praising Sarah who helped us and Cal who came to repair the broken shades. The property was in a perfect location and was very convenient to walking for lunch dinner or breakfast. We loved the real fireplace and sauna.However, when we walked into the unit it was pitch black, curtains all closed, smelled musty and very claustrophobic. We scurried around opening all the drapes and shades, several of them broken. The darkness just made us feel so unwelcome. There was only one window and one door that opened for fresh air.We were not able to enjoy this rental. Although it was very clean. We left a night early.

Wonderful condo in great location

Had a great time with the family in this spacious well laid out condo. Sauna was big plus as was convenient location to the Lodge and a short walk to Ketchum.
