Beautifully Remodeled Condo in Unbeatable Location! Walk to Gondola & Downtown

Unbeatable location! On the famous “Rails to Trails” bike/nordic ski path, it’s only a short walk to River Run Lodge & 4 blocks to town. Relax in this stylish space with designer furniture, kitchen with modern appliances & gas fireplace. Primary bedroom offers a king sized bed with pillow top mattress & spacious loft. Two roomy closets for your clothes & inside storage closet for boots & skis. 2 full Bathrooms, high pressure shower head, & heated bidet toilet. Relax on a private peaceful deck. Please note the space is on the second level and requires climbing a set of stairs.

The Space
Not only will our guests enjoy stylish accommodations - we include additional amenities: shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, luggage bench, smart TV, high speed internet and full size washer/dryer.

Guest Access
You’ll have your own entry and full private accommodations. Outside the entry door is a community hot tub open year-round, and the nearby pool is open in the summer months.

Angela was very nice. Condo is tiny, but cozy. A few extra things like baking sheets, extra kitchen towel would make it even more comfortable. Butt most things we needed were prepared for us and we loved it. Highly recommend.

The location is serene and peaceful. We enjoyed the well appointed modern kitchen. The bed was comfy, the fireplace was cozy and it was a very relaxing stay while in Ketchum. Angela was easy to reach even though we had zero issues.

This beautifully renovated unit was in an awesome location. We walked to Ketchum and to dinner each evening. The united was stocked with everything we could possibly need and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck.

The condo was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in town and steps away from a beautiful hiking/ biking trail that runs miles around Ketchum. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Angela!

Great Rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic. It is a short walk into town and also to the River Run Lodge. The complex was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Unit is on the backside so looks out to trees and not the parking lot which was nice. There were several thoughtful touches such as an "in case you forgot" basket, a generous assortment of spices and a selection of games. Angela was a great host, responding to emails almost immediately. Only comment is that we wished the bathroom had a door and not a curtain. If you need darkness to sleep and are visiting during the summer when the days are long the upstairs loft may not be for you. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Angela’s condo is cozy, clean and she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It’s a very short walk to downtown and there is a hiking and biking trail accessible from the condo parking area. If we visit Ketchum again, we would definitely stay here!

All the fine touches- baggies, tons of spices, “in case you forgot” basket and the heated toilet seat. Convenient location.

The MOST CHARMING condo in the PERFECT LOCATION for ski trip!

My husband, 18yr old son, and I stayed here for a week of skiing, and we couldn't have been happier with every single aspect of the stay. The condo is so nicely done, so CLEAN, and every little detail has been thought of to make your stay perfect. There is walkway/path (or can ski down and walk back) to the main Sun Valley lodge/chairlift/gondola area right outside the condo that was very convenient. We have been staying in VRBOs for over 15 years and have even lived in Europe a couple times, and this was one of the greatest finds we have ever had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Slice of Heaven in Sun Valley

This property deserves a 10 star rating! From the condition to the location to the overall experience, we can't say enough good things. Ideally located walking distance to the town of Ketchum where you'll find amazing dining options and cute shops. Also an easy walk to the base of River Run for world class skiing. The condo is perfectly situated in the back of the community overlooking open space-so peaceful and quiet! The interior has been remodeled top to bottom with quality upgrades, the kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you could desire. The host is extremely professional, quick to respond, and offers a wealth of information about the area. Hands down the best place to stay if you're visiting Sun Valley!

Perfect for skiing

Cannot beat the location for skiing. A quick 6 min and your there or a quick 10 min drive and your at Dollar Mountain. Ideal!!!

Amazing location!

Beautifully remodeled. Short walk to gondola. Super cozy to hang out in front of fireplace with enticing view of the outdoors. Up to date appliances. Fancy heated toilet and really nice shower in master. Comfortable bed. Over all better than expected. Only wished the master had a door rather than curtain separating it from the bathroom. Upstairs bathroom tight and not renovated but now we are nitpicking. The host was fantastic and we enjoyed her hospitable touches - above and beyond. Comfortable and fun hanging out with two teenagers. We would definitely rent again in the future.
