With amenities like two complimentary bikes, an on-site pool and pickleball/tennis courts, and a large updated kitchen, your family will be able to truly relax and enjoy this beach vacation.

Fast, complimentary WiFi, a full sized washer/dryer, and a sneaky short-cut path to the beach via Lawton Canal Road, your stay will be nothing short of fantastic. As with all of our villas, enjoy a complimentary gym membership to a local health club, free tennis at South Beach, and of course, two free bikes for exploring all of Sea Pines and HHI! We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Great location that allows you to appreciate all that Sea Pines offers. Quiet nature, close to bike trails that allow you to appreciate the beauty of HHI, close car rides to where you need to drive to, very comfortable bed, and a great home to relax in while you enjoy your time on HHI. We will be back.

Sea Pines Coastal Villa

We loved the villa and time spent in Hilton Head. Location was perfect near the bike trails and easy access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience and great location! The stables are very close and there's a great path behind the lagoon that is so peaceful. Also, we had some cool alligator sightings in the lagoon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is very clean and seems like it has been refreshed recently. Great location in Sea Pines, close to everything. It has a very pretty view from the back porch. We cooked in three nights and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay

Our family and I enjoyed staying here and the property had all things we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved seeing the wildlife in the lagoon off of the deck. The bikes provided made for a fun family outing everyday. It was convenient to many things. Would definitely recommend staying here to families!

Great Place

We would definitely stay here again. The place was really nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. Kichen was equipped with anything you may need. Light and airy unit and pet friendly. We loved it.

Paradise Waterfront Gem

We love this property for so many reasons! It’s on the lake in the forest preserve of Sea Pines and a short bike ride to the beach. The pool is beautiful and pickleball and tennis courts are right on the premises. The bikes provided and gym membership were a bonus!The house is so fresh and beautifully done and well stocked. The deck is magnificent overlooking the lake with amazing wildlife and beautiful live oaks and sea pines. Sea Pines has so much to offer - the beach club, Harbortown, miles of paths and beach to ride and walk on, golf, horseback riding and so many great restaurants! You can even ride your bike to several craft breweries! We were impressed with smart/ Roku TVs in every room. The ride down the canal to the beach is amazing and the trails in the forests and other lakes offer fishing, alligator tours and great hiking. Kids love the nature and bike paths !We will definitely be back.
