私たちはキッチンの壁を引き裂いてフロアプランを開き、さらに広々としたキッチン/ダイニングルーム/リビングルームのレイアウトを作成しました。 キッチンは、カスタムキャビネット、花崗岩カウンター、新しい家電製品など、床から再構築されました。 キッチンに隣接する新しい洗濯エリアには、新しい洗濯機と新しい乾燥機があります。

1階のマスターバスルームは、新しいフローリング、カスタムウォークインシャワー、カスタム化粧台、すべての新しい配管器具などを使って最初から再建されました。 完全に改装された1階のハーフバス/パウダールームと1階の新しいフロアがリフォームを完了します。

明るく居心地の良いリビングルームには、日差しに囲まれた窓の壁があり、クイーンスリーパーソファと大きな液晶フラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。 私たちは、居間テレビでDVRサービスを含むワイヤレス高速インターネットとデジタルケーブルを持っています。 リビングルームのスライディングガラスのドアは、炭火焼き屋の裏庭パティオにつながります。 テニスマスターの広大なコミュニティプールは、バックドアのすぐそばにあり、オープンパティオと遮蔽されたポーチ（シーリングファン付き）から見えます。

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location, close walk to beach, easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The unit has been updated on the first floor and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils for those wanting to prepare their own meals.

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the beach locker was such a great bonus for our week. The proximity to the pool was ideal for the hot humid days for members of our group that needed to take frequent breaks. Our host was very responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful week!

Great location with a clean and beautiful condo!

We had a fun and relaxing trip with our 2 under 2! This condo is steps away from the awesome pool in Tennismaster and the condo was very clean and well stocked! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!

Great beach stay!

Our family stays in Shipyard for a week in July and we stayed at Tennismaster tor be close to them! It was the best stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach vacation

This is our second year at this location and we love it here. We have plenty of room in the unit and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The owner is responsive and helps with any additional questions and concerns.

Great stay

This is our 2nd stay at this condo and had an excellent time here as we did last year. The condo is well appointed, close the beach, comes with a beach locker and the host is very communicative and helpful.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for our family. The condo is close to the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Wonderful location!

Enjoyed our stay here with family. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Close to the beach, tennis courts, and pool! Kelly was very helpful with all of our questions. Especially enjoyed all the puzzles! Would definitely stay here again!

Family of 7 perfect location

We have 3 toddlers and two tweenagers...this location was very manageable for us to take everyone to the beach...beach locker and parking lot pass were huge bonuses for this place...close proximity to everything need while vacationing...house was super clean and taken care of really well, especially by the current owners...we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Hilton Head 2024

This townhouse style condo is perfect for a family get away. Beautifully updated first floor including a comfortable screened in porch overlooking the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again. We have loved coming to Hilton Head and Shipyard for over thirty years and this unit was perfect.

We bought this townhouse because it was spacious and bright, and in a great location within a private community. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and is centrally located on the island, close to our favorite places. Three 9-hole golf courses and tennis courts are within walking distance. It is also close to the beach, has a large pool area and it is larger than most condos on the island.

The condo is a short walk to the beach (5-7 minutes) and we provide a beach locker there for you to store your gear so you don't have to carry it back and forth from the condo each day. The golf course and tennis courts are also within walking distance. Since the condo is centrally located on the island, you are close to everything.
