Five bedrooms, loft, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 5 porches including a large screened porch, gourmet kitchen with a table large enough to seat 10, 2 wood burning fireplaces one with bake oven, home theatre with 120" screen, playroom with pool table and baby grand piano. Many outdoor areas in including large front lawn, barbecue patio and fire pit. Private association tram/elevator and stairs to beach. Short phone interview/discussion about the property required for booking.
Perfect home for extended families.

South Haven Miami Park

This was the a perfect family vacation. From the hosts, who made themselves available for questions to the house and the views. The pool was a huge plus when dangerous wave conditions were present the majority of the week. We had such a great time with the sunsets, dinners cooked and enjoyed on the screened in porch, watching a storm come in one night. I would recommend this property hands down!

A wonderful vacation home!

This very comfortable home and it's beautiful lake front setting offered our family a week of relaxation as well as great fun making memories. The photos and description of the property are very accurate. The house was stocked with everything we needed including paper products! Plenty of towels, a kitchen with everything, family games, lots of pool noodles and toys for our grandchildren. We enjoyed the theater room for movies and video gaming we brought from home. We ate many of our meals on the screened porch. We shopped in South Haven a short drive away. We watched the beautiful sunsets over the lake every night from the spacious decks. And, we spent hours in the heated pool. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you John and Debbie for sharing your lovely home with our family!!

Who wouldn’t like waking up to Lake Michigan views everyday!?’

The house was exactly as described. The location could not have been better and the hospitality from the owners was second to none.

Amazing house. Gorgeous views. Nice beach.

We stayed at the house for a week over July 4th weekend. The House was amazing - from the kitchen to the theater to the decks with million dollar views - amazing. The yard was very nice as well and the House came with all sorts of beach gear (chairs, cart, umbrellas, etc). The access to the beach was easy as well; about a 200 yard walk to stairs or trams. The beach itself was rocky, which we didn’t necessarily expect - according to some locals it was based on a recent storm - but by the time we left the water current had shifted and the sand was filling in in the beach - might shift over the summer? Anyway, the water was still very nice for swimming and he kids loved collecting rocks. Debbie and her husband were very accommodating- they even let us stay a couple of hours extra to catch a World Cup game! Go England! ;) We would definitely return in the future and recommend it to anyone interested in a low key Lake Michigan vacation.

incredible experience

I am almost apprehensive to write a positive review of our stay at this home because everyone else will want to stay here for their getaway:). The owners are great people we felt lucky to get to know personally. The house itself is breathtaking. The view is something nearly impossible to describe. We would literally assure we made it home in time for the sunset regardless of what we were doing. The house had everything we needed and a gigantic supermarket was 4 miles away. There is something for everyone in this area of South Haven. Whether you want the quaint town of South Haven or an eclectic day in Saugatuck or a visit to Round Beach, everyone can have a great time. We will return without question to this area and this home next year. We will not shop around different locations because we found something perfect. My family and I hope you have the same experience.

Fantastic family reunion

South Haven Our family is just returning from a wonderful week at the beach house in Southhaven. This large home with many bedroom options provided our family with a great opportunity to spread out and have enough room for the four couples and our four grandchildren. The many different deck options including the screened in deck off the kitchen family room area were ideal for viewing the beautiful scenery of Lake Michigan. The theater room provided great entertainment opportunities during the day for the grandchildren as well as a great place for the adults to hang out late evening and watch movies together. Our family loves to cook together and the large spacious and gourmet kitchen was just what we were looking for. Can't even begin to comment on how fun it was to use the authentic wood-burning pizza oven in the family room. The Weaver's are great people to deal with and very responsive to any needs you might have during your stay. An extra plus is the gondolas up and down to the beach and with four grandchildren and all of the things you need to carry, it was a great addition not to have to walk the stairs. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood that offers plenty of opportunity for walking and biking. Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home in Southaven and would recommend it to any family or group looking to enjoy a great time together. The LeVar Family

The perfect vacation house

We just got back from South Haven and had an amazing time at the house! Not only is the house spacious, new and beautiful but it is stocked with all the things your family vacation would want or need. Nevermind working with Debbie and John was easy and enjoyable. They are extremely responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have the perfect vacation in south Haven.

A++!

Just returned from staying one week in this fantastic home. The home is incredibly roomy and spacious. Top of the line kitchen. Everything incredibly well done. The views were unmatched from the home; best location around. All ~13 of us gathered on the front deck each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets. Tram to the beach worked smoothly; the kids preferred the stairs to the beach. Unlike some areas nearby, there was plenty of beach for walks, sunning, etc. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. You won't be disappointed!
