We will investigate further on the Kitchen inventory, as this is the first time a guest has mentioned more stock being needed. We did become aware before your stay, that the broom/dustpan was broken, and needed to be replaced. This was ordered and placed in the home after your departure. There is also both a mop, and a Swiffer on site. We hope you will keep us in mind for future trips to South Haven.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us! We do hope that everyone enjoyed the stay at the home. The swimming pool is locked in around 82 by the company who services the pool, as the recommended temperature for our guests comfort. This June was much cooler than normal, so hopefully should you come again in June, a warmer air temperature will make it more comfortable for swimming. We do appreciate you comments on us being quick to respond and hope to see you return soon!

I am not too sure what some of the comments are you are referring to, as the home has indeed had the swimming pool available to guests all summer and no one has been without a pool. We have not had any issues with the pool heater, but I think what you are referring to is an automatic water sensor that was removed due to being broken, which is only used to add water automatically between pool service appointments. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, Christina. You are correct that during your stay the dishwasher began malfunctioning, which was reported to our office on Monday after your Friday arrival. You let it be known to our staff this was a major inconvenience and you wanted this rectified immediately. After communicating with several appliance repair technicians, the soonest available appointment was several weeks out. Due to this, we were able to seek approval from the homeowner to replace the entire unit so that yourself and other future guests would not be without a dishwasher. Luckily we found someone who had one dishwasher left in stock who could get the unit to your rental home during your stay and a technician who was able to squeeze us into his schedule to install the next day. Before we finalized this, we emailed you this information in which you responded "Great. We will see you tomorrow. " and then the next day refused to let anyone in the home. The delivery team had to leave the new dishwasher on the front porch. The plumber who squeezed us into his busy schedule arrived at the home and was refused entry. Then someone from our office came to the home to be present during the appointment and someone from your group using profound language also denied our staff entry to the home. This was all after you told our staff what a major inconvenience the dishwasher was and that you wanted this rectified immediately AND we confirmed the appointment with you the day prior! When another staff member called to see what the issue was and if the vendors could get into the home, you were not pleasant with them and mentioned the grill being broken, ants by the swimming pool and Kitchen, and that you would be vacating the home early. After your departure, we did inspect the grill and did not find any issues with the functionality of the grill or any of the burners. If you truly experienced an issue, I am not sure why you would not have contacted our office. In regards to the ants, we were not able to identify any ants in the Kitchen or directly around the outdoor swimming pool. I am sorry to hear you feel we offered terrible customer service despite our staff trying to accommodate getting a new appliance delivered to you as soon as possible. We hope you find other accommodations on your next vacation that are a better fit for you and that you treat the homeowner/management team more courteously than you did our staff.
