Extremely comfortable place in a nice suburban neighborhood. On a very quiet cul-de-sac, but easy to get to the major roads. Very well-stocked kitchen, lots of books and art work. We loved the sun room overlooking a very private back yard. Claudia was very responsive to our needs and questions.

My daughter, son-in-law, my husband and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house is convenient to shopping, restaurants, beach and Charleston. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with Claudia was excellent. The information about area that she has in the house covered everything from tours, points of interest, how to access the beach and, most importantly, where the best places to eat were located.

We were in Charleston for my daughters wedding. The rental was in a great location, within a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The home was beautifully decorated with lots of space to spread out. The bathrooms are a little dated but served their purpose. Our host left a few “welcome” goodies for us to enjoy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Property is as advertised, beautiful house, very clean, spacious, in a very safe and quite neighborhood. Claudia was a dream to work with and very responsive to questions. She even left a small welcoming gift for us. Check in and out was easy. Property is within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, 10 minutes to Patriot Point, and 10 minutes to a beautiful beach at Isle of Palms. The kitchen was very well supplied with all the utensils needed to prepare meals and the bathrooms had hair dryers aand plenty of towels. We especiaally liked the sun room looking out into the back yard. We spent almost all of our down time just setting in the sun room watching the squirrels, misc. birds and humming birds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. For our family this was the perfect location when visiting Charleston SC.
