Ocean City allows dogs on the beach and boardwalk only between October 1st and April 30th. Therefore, you are welcome to bring up to 2, house-trained and well-behaved dogs (each weighing no more than 35 lbs) from October 1 to April 30.

There is a $60 Pet fee.
Pets must be crated if they are left unattended.

My husband and I loved this place. Great location on the boardwalk, excellent ocean view and within walking distance of many great local restaurants & bars. The condo is very clean and homey. The owners are very nice people.

Great weekend getaway

Love the house, accommodations and view. The condo was perfect for a quick getaway. Parking was easy and convenient and we were close to everything so never moved the car. Would love to stay here again next year!

Awesome! We always travel with our small senior rescue boy, Bear. This 3rd floor condo was just perfect with everything the three of us required for 8 nights. Boardwalk restaurants within steps away & condo parking was perfect. Highly recommend & hope to stay, again.

The location is perfect; access to the boardwalk and beach at your feet. I enjoyed the view from the balcony and loved hearing the waves crashing. The time to visit was perfect. boardwalk fun

our stay was very relaxing and enjoyed the views. the place was very clean and perfect for my wife and me. was very impressed with how quite the inside of the condo is at night and day with all the fun stuff going on right outside your balcony.

We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay here in mid-April. The weather was getting warmer and it was not too crowded on the beach. The condo is conveniently located on the boardwalk close to all the eateries and the bike rental is right next door. We loved that the condo is pet friendly which allowed our old pup to join. The host is responsive and accommodating. Our kids had so much fun they asked to stay another night.The condo was enough for our family with two adults and two young children. The place is well-kept. We are looking forward to coming back here next year.

Decatur house

Are unit was perfect for the 2 of us. The only problem was the elevator didn’t work most of are stay. It was very hard for my disabled husband to walk 3 flights of stairs several times a day. Which was a very inconvenience. Other then that we enjoyed are trip.

A Fine Place By The Sea

Loved the view, especially the front row balcony seat to those stunning sunrises! The property was all it was advertised to be. It was clean, furnished with what was necessary (much of it new) and in a great location. We have two suggestions. First, in renting to seniors we would appreciate another safety bar on the opposite end in the shower that would make it easier to get in and out. Second would be a line painted on the edge of the step up into the little hallway leading to the unit. I noticed in the journal several other people mentioned this. Otherwise a fine place to spend time by the sea!

Great place right on the boardwalk

Great for a quick getaway with my husband. Location was perfect, right on the boardwalk, with great food & entertainment within walking distance. Condo was well-maintained and had everything we needed: its own wi-fi so we could work remotely, full kitchen, washer, dryer, living room, dining table, separate bedroom and bath, etc. My favorite amenity was the balcony, which was perfect to watch the sun rise and drink my coffee every morning. Host was very super friendly and attentive, answering all my questions quickly, and check in process was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The location is the best! The building is on 12th Street, so you are right in the middle of the boardwalk. Being able to walk out the front of the condo and be right on the boardwalk is perfect. Take a walk on the boardwalk, walk to all the attractions, restaurants, shops, amusements.
