During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging) about the property – especially on the higher floors. There will be no heavy noise before 8:30am or after 5pm. Balconies will remain open and there should be no scaffolding to disrupt the beach views. Beach access will not be affected. The pool will be closed from 3/2/2026 - 3/13/2026.***

Stunning condo

Beautiful spacious condo with amazing view. Highly recommend. Don’t mind that the pool area is on the road side and small. The room makes up for it.

Reviewer Comments: This penthouse was wonderful pictures don’t do it justice it was so spacious and pretty and very well kept up everything about it was great! We had a total of 9 and still had so much room! We have stayed at several different places and my husband and I have agreed we will be staying at this penthouse from now on! The response from the staff was great also! Could not have asked for anything better! The views was gorgeous and the location it was not far from anything!
