This large and spacious, direct water view condo is amazing beyond words.  The view of the intercoastal waterway is breathtaking, and perfect to wake up to with morning coffee, or a candlelight meal in the evening from your all season balcony. Open the windows on your balcony for some fresh air or keep them closed during those chillier months so you can get the outdoor feel without being outside the comfort of the condo. There is an elevator for your convenience.

The condo is furnished with 2 incredibly comfy king beds (one has the ability to split into 2 twins), along with one wonderful queen bed. The den and living area are spacious, with a dining room table and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is large, and fully stocked with everything found at home. The condo is very family friendly with 2 pack & plays and a high chair. We have games, puzzles, and books so you and your loved ones can enjoy quality time and fun together. Want to pack less for your vacation? We've got you covered with our supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and 2 beach wagons. Each bedroom and living room have smart TV's with cable TV and streaming apps. There's even Alexa devices throughout the condo to play music. We have not forgotten one little touch in this beauty.

Riverwalk boasts outdoor pools and hot tubs right on the intracoastal waterway, along with community grills, and golfing. You'll be able to view various watercraft, as well as wildlife such as herons, egrets, pelicans, osprey, gulls, and even bald eagles! Located just mere minutes from the fabulous Arrowhead Golf Course, the location is fantastic. In addition, the condo is located less than 6 miles from the closest beach, 5.7 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, 6.6 miles from Broadway at the Beach, and 6.7 miles from the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.
