No other private home, with backyard oasis, gets you closer to Uptown, Deep Ellum, Downtown, KBH Convention Center, AA Center, Cotton Bowl, nightlife, restaurants and all the entertainment venues. UNREAL outdoor area with seating for 18, lagoon style heated pool with tanning deck, spa, and wood burning smoker/fireplace. Huge outdoor kitchen with bar and 36` gas grill! Wonderful for families. PET FRIENDLY. 500MB internet, coffee bar.

Managed by VipDallasProperties. You will be in the heart of the city in a historic neighborhood. This neighborhood has been seeing the older homes revitalized and also new million dollar homes being built.

In the heart of Downtown Dallas

The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. I will not be able to be heated if the temperature drops below 45 degrees during your stay. They Hot Tub can be heated year-round and is free to use.

We supply THREE rolls of toilet paper per restroom. If you use it all and you need more then you will need to utilize the grocery store nearby.

The basic pricing is per night based on 4 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night. This is automatically calculated when you book for the correct number of guests.

Girlfriend getaway- This is an updated older home with some quirky but cute renovations. Great communication with owner. Beautiful pool/spa. The area is a little street to street sketchy but it’s like that all around this part of Dallas- so I was not a fan of the large clear glass door/window entrance. Location is super convenient to everything you want for a weekend in Dallas. We definitely enjoyed the home overall!
