Ideally located for golf and tennis the Villa is also within 2 minutes drive of a number of beautiful beaches, the nearest Praia do Garrao Nacsente (less than 20 mins walk). This modern 4 double bedroom villa is ideal for both family and group holidays and has a modern fitted kitchen, 3 full ensuites plus one further bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned. There is a newly tiled terrace with heated pool and gated garden area including outdoor heated shower, BBQ with outdoor sink and sun loungers. Includes once weekly maid service although a more frequent service can be arranged via the agent who is available 24 hours. Portuguese and international restaurants are nearby plus popular beach bars including Julias and Marias offering quality and family friendly entertainment.
