We felt right at home from the moment we arrived! The property was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was wonderful and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Annette’s house! The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. The amenities were clean, the location was walking distance to the beach, and we loved having an outdoor space. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

My wife and I had a lovely weekend getaway at Annette’s place! From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing beach escape, cozy, well-equipped, and perfectly located. If you're looking for a charming and comfortable beach house, look no further. We’ll absolutely be coming back and will be recommending it to our friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay at Annette's place. Check in was easy and Annette stopped by to introduce herself and offer any assistance if needed. The duplex apartment is very clean and tidy. There are added details throughout to make the place feel like a home away from home. The kitchen includes all the cleaning and paper products you need, along with coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The beds are comfortable! It was nice to have the extra 1/2 bath on the first floor. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes and there is a lot to do in the area. Our beach time was pretty much rained out and the apartment made for a comfortable retreat for playing board games, cooking a meal or two, and watching TV. We managed to catch a few sunny hours and enjoyed lunch on the deck. I would stay at Annette's place again!

We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th weekend. The rooms were clean and the Kitchen was in great shape. We enjoyed the staying in doors when the temps outside hit 105F. Annette was an amazing host who got back to us immediately when ever we had any questions. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay if they are especially beach going or otherwise.

Super cute property! The smoke alarm is REALLY sensitive though, so I'd recommend keeping the vent on and the back door open if you're going to cook. Would also recommend bringing things like mixing bowls and measuring spoons yourself if you need those. Host was super nice and accommodating, my first time renting instead of using a hotel, and I enjoyed the experience.
