This condo was amazing ! The location is perfect to walk to the beach and a few of the restaurants. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and numerous balconies to enjoy the beautiful views. It was equipped with everything you would need even beach chairs and umbrellas! Great communication with Colleen for check in and area suggestions. Only negative is carrying luggage up and down the large amount of stairs to /from bedrooms.

This was truly the best stay we’ve ever had in IRB! The property is amazing — beautifully designed, spotless, and in the perfect location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, which made everything incredibly convenient. The attention to detail was beyond anything we expected. Colleen has truly thought of everything when it comes to creating the perfect rental experience. It’s by far the best place out there, and I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thank you for making our vacation the best ever!
