While we’re not a hotel or resort, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience, with our team available for communication and support throughout your stay.

🔑 Full Guest Access

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including all 🛏️ bedrooms, 🍽️ kitchen, 🛋️ living spaces, and the 🌴 backyard. Garage parking is available 🚗; please note that entry is manual, as there is no remote or exterior keypad.

Routine pool and lawn services are performed weekly 🌿 and may take place during your stay. On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the exterior—or interior if necessary—to address essential issues, particularly if guests are not present.

This well-appointed waterfront home features comfortable living spaces, serene bedrooms, and effortless indoor–outdoor flow, creating an ideal setting for a relaxed coastal stay 🌊. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor pool during sunny afternoons ☀️, while boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private boat lift, rated for up to 10,000 lbs 🛥️. Smart TVs throughout the home allow seamless streaming with personal subscriptions 📺, and an in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest convenience 🧺.

For the safety and peace of mind of both guests and the homeowner, the property is equipped with discreet exterior security cameras only 📷; there are no interior cameras. As the home is located directly on open water, guests are asked to remain attentive at all times, especially with children. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with waterfront properties.

The outdoor pool is professionally serviced on a weekly basis. As with all open-air pools, natural elements such as leaves, wind-blown debris, or seasonal pollen may occasionally be present 🌿🍃. These conditions are normal in a waterfront setting, and a skimmer is provided for guest use between service visits if desired.

To maintain the peaceful character of the neighborhood, the City of Indian Rocks Beach enforces a strict noise ordinance. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected at all times, particularly in the evening. This home is best suited for guests seeking a calm, relaxing, and respectful coastal retreat.
