Beautiful property

The house was very well decorated and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was large and had just about any tool you vould need. Overall a wonderful place for a vacation.

Amazing house

The house is even better than the pictures. Good location, clean and well equiped. We stayed with a group of friends and children. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property in Kennebunkport

My extended family who stayed included ten adults and four children ages eight months to six years. Four states were represented : Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington and California. The house is in a great private location with a spectacular view. It was clean and very well stocked. Communication with the owner was stellar. Everyone and I mean everyone said they loved the property. We couldn’t have asked for more and we hope to return in the future.

Secluded Sanctuary

Beautiful property with gorgeous water views over the marsh. Lots of space in the house and outdoor living space. Well stocked kitchen and even some beach amenities in the garage.

A perfect stay in KBP!

Our families had the best time at this beautiful home. Perfectly located with a gorgeous view and relaxing sounds of nature. The spacious home worked so well for our family of all ages allowing everyone to sleep, relax and play comfortably. There was nothing we felt was missing and the kitchen especially was well stocked for family dinners. Although a 10-15 minute to town or the beach, things to do never felt far away and it was enjoyable having a little bit of separation from the lively downtown. The check in process and communication from the owners was easy and helpful, with a great guest handbook to follow with recommendations of things to do. We absolutely loved our time here and plan to be back!

Excellent choice!

Location! Location! Location! Spacious, warm and welcoming. The views from the front porch were amazing and you’re close enough to the water to hear the waves break on the shore. The house is well appointed and offers all the amenities you’d need for your stay. Minutes away from great restaurants and ‘must see’ tourist attractions. Problems or property curiosities were handled in a timely manner. The house can easily accommodate multiple families as well as small corporate retreats. I would highly recommend this location.

Great family vacation house

Loved the view and the quiet surroundings. Great to have coffee on the deck in the morning and a fire in the pit at night.

Beautiful home. Beautiful views.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in this home. Loved the views and the quietness of the location. Beds are comfy. Back porch is awesome for relaxing. The home has lots of character! Love the exposed beams. Some things worth noting that would’ve made our stay even better... we had 14 people in the home. There’s only 2 full baths so that proved to be tricky sometimes. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great. Also, the kitchen is not equipped to cook for 14 people. Pots and pans are small sizes. We had issues with the stove top and getting certain burners to light at times. There is only a two slotted toaster available. Just things like this that should be upgraded to accommodate 14+ people that is advertised! The home only had 3 mini split air conditioners so the bedrooms got very warm at night making sleeping difficult. These are just a few things we feel could be improved. Overall our stay was really good and I’d recommend staying in this beautiful home! We love Maine. So much to see and do!

Great house... beautiful setting

11 friends, all now retired, rented this house for a long weekend and it was great. We’ve been getting together this weekend for the last 30 years and in a unanimous vote... this is the best house we’ve ever rented. Lots of space. Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Taylor was a great host and quickly available to answer our questions. We hope to be back next year!

It's a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. Enough space for everyone to spread out and close to Portland which has so many amazing restaurants. Would 100% stay here again!

Majestic Hideaway

Love this house! The house overlooks a beautiful nature preserve backdropped by the ocean, and is surrounded by trees and greenery, and not a neighbor in sight. Yet, the house is a short drive away from THE best beach in the area (Goose Rocks Beach). There are wonderful hiking options right out the front door, a great lobster purveyor is catty corner from the entrance lane to the house and Kennebunkport is a 10 minute drive away. This property offers the best of both worlds, seclusion and privacy, natural beauty, and access to the quaint charm of Kennebunkport. The house can handle three families, no problem, and is equipped with a kitchen that could handle Thanksgiving for 20. Taylor is highly responsive and creative, and will make things right. He went beyond the call of duty for us.

A wonderful house!

Beautiful home! Meticulously clean, comfortable beds and furnishings. The owner was so nice, patient and friendly with us technology un-savvy girls. A great stay once again.
