This 3-bedroom house in Spanish Wells is perfect for your escape to paradise just steps to the most pristine white powdered beaches in the world. Enjoy your days Kayaking, paddle boarding, beach combing or just relaxing on the sandbars. The house is located in the central part of town making it ideal to walk or golf cart ride to all amenities such as restaurants shops and food stores. Enjoy a fully equipped Kitchen for whipping up your freshly caught meal. With 2 queen beds, 1 full bed & 2 full bathrooms guests will have a cozy and comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as , WiFi, AC , Barbecue area, beach chairs, umbrellas, Kayak paddle board and more. We arrange pick up from North Eleuthera airport to Spanish Wells and also excursions and tours and anything else you need. We look forward to welcoming you and making your vacation one for the books.

Steps Away is a wonderful property, and was perfect for our family of four. Candida could not have been more accommodating from the beginning, answering my multiple questions, to the day of checkin when our flights were delayed. Truly could not have had a better experience, and would book again in a heartbeat.

Great stay, great host, steps away from a beautiful beach. Everything was just as pictured. If it’s your first time staying at Spanish wells get info from the host on getting there. The golf cart was waiting for us at the ferry dock!

We have stayed in over a dozen rental homes in Spanish Wells and this is one of my favorites so far! It was close to everything but not on a super busy street. We enjoyed having a big living room area to spend time with family. The house was very clean when we arrived and we will definitely be checking Steps Away for availability when we go back to again!

I recommend giving more info to the client sooner than 72 hours prior to arrival; or let clients know early on that they will get info 72 hours prior. Communications could be improved.Provide clients with transportation cost info and tipping info regarding getting from airport to the ferry and the ferry itself to the dock. The process for us was very confusing and Pinders didn't offer much clarity.The Steps Away house was very nice and well maintained and clean. Loved it.Once at the rental house all was quite nice. Oh, operating the TV was the pits - some instructions would help.Our cart was a bit of a concern, but was quickly repaired and no problems occurred.All in all, a good time was had by all, and the Steps Away is a great place.

Fantastic home in paradise

Steps Away is truly less than a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful sand bar protected beach. Home is very comfortable. The home is across from what looks like a workshop with larger machinery but it was never active - truly never a sound.

Fantastic stay! We loved Spanish Wells and the "StepsAway" rental was the perfect base for exploring the island. The most beautiful beach was steps away. The home has all the amenities you need. We especially appreciated the dishwasher, air fryer, brand new washer/dryer, ice maker fridge linked to bottled water supply, new mattresses and the golf cart. The property manager hooked us up with all the intel we needed to make the most of our stay (e.g. best restaurants, holiday events). You are 25 steps from the best liquor store on the island and less than 2 min walk to tackle shop and ice cream place. Double thumbs up from our family!

I am so sorry you felt that way. You had my # to contact me at any time I was 5minutes away. The island is 1/2 mile wide by 2 miles long once you take a circle around the island in the cart you would have seen every restaurant and shops on island. I don’t visit my guest unless I am invited or needed. This is the first bad review I ever received in all my 11 years of property management once again I am sorry you felt that way.

Steps Away is a great home base for the fantastic island of Spanish Wells. Yes, it has some quirks, as does any older home, but I've stayed in 3 other homes on the island and they all are unique. The home is central, so it's easy to get to anywhere easily. The golf cart included was a major incentive. We were Grandmother and grandaughter and always felt safe. Our host Candida was available (saw actually her all over the island during our week) and was helpful when we needed, but didn't hover at all. Beds were comfortable, in house laundry was great. Ate out most meals, so didn't do much cooking but kitchen was functional. A "non rental" note - get "WhatsApp" on your phone as nearly everyone on the island uses it to communicate.

We loved staying at this house! It is probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Roomy and spacious for our family of 4. The beds are extremely comfortable, memory foam. The yard is full of beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Easy walk to the amazingly calm sandbar protected beach. The Food Fair grocery store is just a couple of minutes away and Papa Scoops ice cream is even closer. Highly recommend nightly visits there for ice cream! Candida was great and easy to communicate with, whether it be tips on restaurants, needing to change our taxi time, or just general questions. Always prompt in her responses. Especially when then main AC was not working properly. She handled it very quickly and the owners had it fixed it no time. We even got to meet the owners through the AC repair. They were so wonderful and hospitable, we count it a blessing to have had the chance to meet them! We definitely want to visit Spanish Wells again and stay here!

My family had a great stay here. The house was close to the grocery store, restaurants and walking distance to beach access points. When we arrived by boat, the host had the golf cart at the docks for us. The house was clean and very spacious. The backyard had a great assortment of fruit trees/bushes. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.
