Great one-bedroom place. I especially appreciated having a kitchen so I didn’t have to go out to eat. The downtown location was convenient to where I was working for the week, so it was a great fit.

The place was prefect! Everything you could want in a condo. Beautiful view, walking distance to restaurants, parks, and bars. Owners were great with instructions every detail helped it make an easy n smooth check-in /out. My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here for our Bruno Mars concert this weekend. So glad to have found this place so next time we’re in Dallas we will be booking again.

We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion. It was the perfect place for the nightlife aura. Clean, comfortable, and the outside deck was a great vibe. Our only critique was the check-in process. It was a little confusing finding the key in the garage so it took us awhile to locate the lockbox. The host was super accommodating and walked us through it. We also didn’t drive so that was a contributor. It didn’t change our overall impression of our stay. Just be prepared to have to hunt it down.We loved it and will return when we go back to Dallas!

Location, location, location...

Great location in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Looks exactly like the photos. Check-in could have been smoother due to lockbox being in a peculiar place. Otherwise, communication was good and the place was clean. I would recommend!

Easy and Good!

My husband and I were in Dallas for our kid’s 4-day volleyball tournament. The apartment was clean, nice and offered everything we needed. The location was perfect for a short walk to the convention center. There were a ton of nice restaurants right in the area and a cute Italian market on the corner. The Nieman Marcus flagship and other fancy shopping was steps away. We used the fitness center, but didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. Building had good security and the neighborhood in general had a lot of security guards near the various businesses.

Kitchen, bathroom stated to be sterile clean.. were not clean. Kitchen counters, exterior cabinet doors and handles were nasty.. ( Bacteria is present). Silver Pots and pan were burnt on bottom not useable.. ( need scrubbing). Old sponge left under kitchen sink cabinet - bacteria, not to be used but thrown out..Bathroom floor and tub need cleaned.. behind toilet was nasty.. objects left in washing machine.. washing machine didn’t spin water out of clothes.. floors in closet and bedroom need vacuuming.. under bed was trash..
